We work on a minimum spend basis and that will vary according to the date and venue you choose. We do not charge for venue hire. The minimum spend is made up of both pre-ordered food and drinks along with any additional items consumed on the night. This means after your pre-order the remaining amount can be spent as a cash bar or bar tab. ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE: • Dedicated wedding coordinator to help you with your special day. • Exclusive hire of the venue • Furniture, linen, crockery including glassware and tea lights. • Cake stands and knife, name cards and table numbers. • Complimentary tasting for up to 4 people. • Cash bar facilities if required.

The Refinery at Regent’s Place was perfect for our 90 guests. Least romantically, but really most importantly the minimum spend was just £5K which was basically unheard of in London. As well at that the bar spend would go towards the minimum spend, so we were pretty confident we would hit the minimum with relative ease!The Refinery at Regent’s Place was perfect for our 90 guests. We just wanted to say a massive thank you for helping us to organise one of the best days of our lives! Also Gabi thank you and Anita for your hard work on the day, the day ran so smoothly which was down to you two and you both went above and beyond our expectations, the day was more than we ever dreamed of! The venue itself looked beautiful and the set up of the tables and all of the bits and bobs that we had dropped off were all set up beautifully!! ❤️They are honestly amazing! We just wanted to say a massive thank you for helping us to organise one of the best days of our lives! Also Gabi thank you and Anita for your hard work on the day, the day ran so smoothly which was down to you two and you both went above and beyond our expectations, the day was more than we ever dreamed of! Thank you so much for making our day so special last week. The venue was absolutely fantastic. The food and beverage was great and the staff were so accommodating. Everyone had such a great time and we had many compliments on how cool the Refinery was. It's such a great space. Also, thank you for being so gracious with all of the last minute changes with the seating plan and also for keeping us informed about the budget throughout the evening.
