Combining sporting excellence with the style and elegance of its social facilities, The Queen’s Club is an internationally renowned venue conveniently situated close to central London. The history of the Club dates back to 1886 when it was founded as a multipurpose sports club hosting amongst others football, rugby, athletics and even ice-skating events. Famous for its annual pre-Wimbledon cinch Championships the Club retains that original sporting ethos focusing on four key racket sports. As well as four different types of surfaces for Lawn Tennis, the Club is the British headquarters for the traditional sports of Real Tennis and Rackets. No other club in the world boasts two Rackets and two Real Tennis courts. The Club also offers three Squash courts. Although a private Members’ Club, we would be delighted to host your wedding here with us. The Staff embrace a strong service ethos and the finest dining menus are available for Members and Non-Members alike to enjoy the Club and all it has to offer. The Clubhouse has two main function rooms: The President’s Room – this is our main function room and seats up to 100 with the inclusion of a dance floor in the room. Without the dance floor, the room seats 120. The Members’ Bar – this is a more intimate space over-looking both Centre Court and one of our Real Tennis Courts. The Members’ Bar seats 40 people. We have a number of retained suppliers I would be happy to recommend who can offer Music, Entertainment and decoration for your event. Venue Hire Venue hire at The Queen’s Club is calculated at £14 per person. Deposit In order to secure a room on your preferred date we require a deposit to the value of the quoted room hire charge. Food and Beverage The Club has its own in-house kitchen and therefore we do not permit customers to bring or consume external food on the premises. Pricing varies depending on your menu choices. A three course menu starts at £50 per person, canapes at £28 plus your wine choices. Please note that a Set Menu is required for all functions and events however we do endeavor to accommodate all dietary requirements. If you are concerned about food allergies (for example nuts or dairy) please contact us directly for assistance when selecting the menu. We would be happy to discuss personal preferences and requirements. Final numbers for your event must be confirmed no later than 72 hours before an event (for functions taking place on a Sunday or Monday, by midday on Thursday). The final numbers provided will be the minimum number of attendees charged to the final account, regardless of any less attendees. Any increase in attendees will be charged accordingly. With regards to beverages, the Club has a fully stocked bar and a comprehensive wine list to choose from.

Dear Paul I know we have spoken about popping in to meet with you in person, however one thing and another and it hasn’t happened and I’m sure you are busy organising many more functions in the run-up to Christmas. Apart from collecting the odd thing left behind, we really wanted to see you personally thank you and your staff for organising and executing a super evening. We all enjoyed great food, lovely wines and fantastic service, for which I congratulate you and your excellent team. Verity in her own words had “the best night of her life”, so all in all, a great success. David - I’ve been meaning to email you a massive thank you for your help on Tuesday night (but work rather got in the way!). You were bloody brilliant, it can be quite stressful, and having you and your sense of humour really made the evening for me. A special mention to the lady with the short hair, whose name I didn’t catch, who looked after me (and kept me in ice!) for the evening. She’s ace. Very much hope you’ll be there next year!
