The Other House, South Kensington

Our stay here was one of the best experiences we’ve had. The level of customer service was faultless, every question was answered and everyone is on the ball. The colours and design of the rooms are rich and delicious, it’s a treat to spend time here. The bar served perfect mix’s and our room was like a vogue photoshoot. The bed was like a cloud, no noise either, hard to believe where we were. This is an inspiring hotel, wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else now, when we’re in London.

My son and I stayed in a vault club flat for his 21st birthday celebrations as we had booked an evening at The Royal Albert Hall for a concert. The flat had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area and kitchenette…the space was unbelievable and the decor was beautiful!! The staff could not have done anymore to help and answer every question…they were all fantastic. The location is perfect for The Royal Albert Hall, Natural History Museum and The Victoria & Albert Museum.

Stunning apartment, wonderful staff in particular Helen the Italian waitress. Lovely bar and perfect decor. The location is very central and overall experience of food was top rate. Ben the new chef really seems to have invigorated the menu. Cannot recommend highly enough

Guru looked after us so well in the Owl and Monkey. An excellent bar man. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is so welcoming with excellent facilities for all. Hope to stay there again in the future. Superb location from which to tour London

Fantastic place to stay. The place is well maintained and has amazing staff. The cocktail bar is excellent. The drinks are really good and so is the vibe. The food here is amazing too. Enjoyed the breakfast and lunch options. Overall great experience.

Lovely hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. The people at the reception were great and I was able to check in remotely! The rooms are spacious and the amenities are great! Andrea at the bar was brilliant and made great cocktails! Highly recommend this place and it’s honestly great value with any compromise!

Stumbled upon this fabulous hidden gem in the heart of South Ken. Great public and room decor, comfortable room, friendly staff and sustainability focus. Make sure you get a drink in the Owl and Monkey, simply outstanding.
