One of my favorite personal touches I've seen at a wedding was when the couple incorporated a "memory lane" display featuring photographs and mementos from their relationship, allowing guests to take a nostalgic journey through their love story and creating a heartfelt and memorable experience for everyone in attendance.

We do love a classical canapé such as beef tartare, although chef Samuel Squires does have some magical new inventions up his sleeve.

Personally, there is nothing wrong with a little cheese and crackers. Although they have never given me a bad dream!

We absolutely love our original floor! Both in the Ballroom and the cobbled courtyard!
What part of your business are you most proud of?
It simply has to be our progression. From gaining the keys to achieving two AA rosettes is something we are immensely proud of.
