We are delighted to have this opportunity to introduce you to The Izaak Walton Hotel as the ideal venue for your wedding. We specialise in weddings and can cater for everyone’s needs and Taylor make each wedding to each bride & grooms requirements as we well know no two weddings are the same!

Licence for civil ceremonies inside or Outside with fantastic views of Thorpe cloud
landscaped gardens in the beautiful Derbyshire Peak District, Or a short 5 minute drive to the famous Stepping stones. A perfect location for photographs.
Enjoy your wedding breakfast in our Famous Haddon Restaurant. We can accommodate seated receptions for up to 120 people.
For larger parties there is ample room for a marquee/tipis taking the number up to 150.
We’d be absolutely delighted to show you around the hotel, discuss your requirements and assist as much as possible with your planning. You’ll be sure of a very warm and friendly welcome, so do visit us and appreciate for yourself our facilities along with our beautiful and tranquil setting.

- CChelsea & James25/07/2019Simply the best! Simply the best!Looking at millions of hotels around the peak district the Izaak has the most to offer! It's not always about the money even though we had a very strict budget to play with Shura helped us keep to our budget! With extra left over for the dress which is needed! After all the stress and the big day finally arrived myself and James really was impressed with the whole day. Nothing was out of place apart from my bridemaids at the end of the night! The pictures are amazing the food was delicious and the dessert was out of this world! Big thank you to Simon Harrison the head chef for helping to taylor the wedding breakfast around my fussy requirements! Having my ceremony outside with the beautiful backdrop really made the photos! The wedding co ordinatar was helpful from start to finish and was there for me when I needed her! All my friends and family loved there stay and the food was to die for! The roast beef was cooked perfectly! I will be back for our one year anniversary! Thank you to all the team for making my day like no one else's. I had my wedding here at the Izaak Walton Hotel and I feel in love with the peak district as soon as I arrived!
