We viewed the Grange before lock down and liked it, but I wanted to see other venues. We came back after lock down and Chris was able to help us with a price closer to what it was when we originally saw the venue a few years before. He honestly didn't have to do that. The on site co-ordination worked well with my wedding coordinator and we had 2 meetings in person, and a WhatsApp group was set up to answer any questions we had. Nothing was to much for the venue. When we were let down by our live music performer, the Grange team stepped in resolved it and this was due to their prep work. No one noticed that the sax player was missing. The Grange is a stunning, unique venue and the team were really helpful. We had an amazing day and our guests loved it. Chris and his Wife Zoe are so attentive to all your needs and makes sure the whole journey goes nice and smooth for you. We had so much fun! The set up, the grounds, is just so picturesque. We had so many guests come up to us, complementing us, on how much they loved the venue and how beautiful it was inside. The Pizza shack, is a fantastic idea, for those who need a pick me up while drinking! They also taste amazing. From start to finish- during the planning stage right through to the wedding itself they were absolutely brilliant! The manager Chris was very supportive, accommodating and always available to answer any queries we had. On the day the staff were amazing, professional & without fault. I would recommend everyone to use this venue. they are a great team & have excellent management direction.
