With help from the whole team, we achieved our perfect day, including helping us bring along a whole wind band! Everyone involved couldn't do enough for us, the food was amazing, the service was second to none and we just had the most relaxed and perfect day we could have asked for. Our guests loved it and there were compliments all round on the venue and set up from the other suppliers we had involved. We are so grateful to the team for helping us to achieve our dream day! From initial planning to the actual day, everything was perfect. We had the most amazing day at The Chester Fields. With help from the whole team, we achieved our perfect day, including helping us bring along a whole wind band! Everyone involved couldn't do enough for us, the food was amazing, the service was second to none and we just had the most relaxed and perfect day we could have asked for. It was just what I had pictured in my head. They provided a seamless transition between each section of the wedding with no hiccups and again decorated beautifully. The staff was amazing and caring. They helped out at every turn and ensured that there was nothing for us to worry about. My guests raved all day about the food and how amazing it was. Especially the evening food, as everyone loves a great pizza :-). They catered to every need, and there was not one person who was pleased with their food. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
Each wedding we have hosted has been special in their own way. My favorite weddings at the venue are always the relaxed, informal and down to earth ones. The true meaning of a wedding day is expressing your love for one another amongst friends and family and to see this happening in a relaxed setting where everyone is comfortable is heart warming.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
The venue is one of the biggest decisions in the wedding planning process and it is so important that you get along with and trust your wedding planner. I would visit the venue a few times before confirming a booking, bring along family and friends too! I would also meet the person responsible for making the day happen as you will be trusting them to put your vision together to create the day you have been dreaming about for a long time.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
There have been so many but one of my favorites has to be seeing the love story from first date to the wedding day using pictures dotted around the venue. One of the more popular trends now are unique wedding hashtags and another of my favorites' - the brides speech.

Relaxed, whimsical, rustic, personal, romantic
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
The backdrop of the Cheshire plains, it doesn't matter what the season.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We have had celebrity guests but we pride ourselves on discretion and not needing to advertise that we can cater for all at The Chester Fields.
What’s your favourite canapé?
We love our local suppliers, but Martin's honey & mustard bangers are a real winner! The salmon and cream cheese roulade is also delicious and looks incredible! Our team can cater for all dietary requirements, and so it keeps everyone happy, even the picky eaters.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Although our Hog Roast has served us well as a great midnight snack, being served with homemade stuffing and crackling, our Woodfired Pizza is becoming more and more popular! Who doesn't love pizza?
What is your venue's most unique feature?
There are so many, I couldn't choose. I am biased but I think the venue is breath taking with its exposed beams and rustic feel.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
The team. Each one of them are dedicated and passionate about what they do, and without them, we wouldn't have a business.
