The Fields Barn Venue

We had the most amazing day at The Chester Fields. With help from the whole team, we achieved our perfect day, including helping us bring along a whole wind band! Everyone involved couldn't do enough for us, the food was amazing, the service was second to none and we just had the most relaxed and perfect day we could have asked for. Our guests loved it and there were compliments all round on the venue and set up from the other suppliers we had involved. We are so grateful to the team for helping us to achieve our dream day! From initial planning to the actual day, everything was perfect.

When I first saw the venue decorated when I walked down the aisle, I couldn't believe how magical it looked. It was just what I had pictured in my head. They provided a seamless transition between each section of the wedding with no hiccups and again decorated beautifully. The staff was amazing and caring. They helped out at every turn and ensured that there was nothing for us to worry about. My guests raved all day about the food and how amazing it was. Especially the evening food, as everyone loves a great pizza :-). They catered to every need, and there was not one person who was pleased with their food.

We had our wedding reception at The Chester Fields in April 2023 and we could not have been more thrilled with our choice of venue! We were inundated with lovely comments from our guests about the venue, the staff, the food and the day as a whole and we can't thank Milly, Molly, Paul and the team enough for ensuring the day was superbly organised and ran without a hitch. Carl and I would like to thank you and all of the team for making our day one to remember for all the right reasons. All I can say is, you guys are incredible! You were all so helpful, happy and genuinely cared about us and making our day perfect! All of our guests were impressed with one couple telling us they preferred our wedding breakfast to their own! Hats off to the chef and kitchen staff! Thanks again for all of your hard work and for making our wedding journey enjoyable.

The Chester Fields provided us with a most spectacular venue for our wedding. Milly our wedding planner was amazing from the moment we booked the venue to the minute that I walked down he aisle. I can’t thank her enough for bring my vision to life for this special day. The staff were very accommodating and we was very impressed by the commitment of the staff to be able to transform the venue around for each part of the day. We cannot thank everyone from The Fields enough!

After a long engagement… we woke on New Year’s Day 23 and decided that we would book our wedding for 2024. The next day we had booked to meet with Milly at The Chester Fields. Our wish list was quite simple but almost impossible to get from any other venue… something that suited us as a couple and not just a ‘copy and paste’ wedding that we’ve been to 100 times. We wanted a late afternoon wedding - so that we could have the most relaxing morning and give people time to travel. We wanted a cocktail hour with great food and drinks immediately after the ceremony - we always hated waiting around at weddings, or having to move rooms or counting down until we are going to get fed. We wanted people to be relaxed and have a really intimate space where we could be together without formalities. Saying yes to the venue was immediate and we felt so confident that we schedule a date then and there for 60 days away!!! Everything came together perfectly and we are truly delighted that our wedding was not just a great day for us but all of our guests had a truly memorable time in a beautiful venue, with wonderful cocktails and delicious food. The whole team at TCF were exceptional from booking, confirming arrangements, to the team that took care of us on the day. Nothing was too much trouble for us and our guests and the whole days was smooth and we all got the VIP treatment.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you again for making our day so special at The Chester Fields. Everything was exactly as we had envisaged it and we couldn’t have asked for more 😊 it really was the best day! Everyone also loved how cosy and rustic the venue was, and people are still raving about the food! We had our wedding photos back today so we can’t wait to go through them and re-live the day 😍

Wow, what a day! Nick and I had such a fabulous day, we didn’t stop smiling. Such a fantastic day in a stunning venue! Thank you for helping our day run so smoothly Milly... We were very lucky with the weather, that Thursday was meant to be!
