The Dunes Hotel

Me and the wife and the dog. We have just spent 4 nights at this hotel and we have had a great time, staff could not do enough for us and our dog. Room serviced to high standard, breakfast staff friendly in a morning and bar staff fantastic for dinner service and serving drinks. Thank you to all.

Stayed here for 5 nights for work and I had a lovely stay the hotel is lovely as is the room. Ate at the hotel every night and have to say whilst the food is lovely the menu is limited. The staff are all lovely. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again.

Myself and my wife stayed in the Dunes hotel on Friday the 17th and 18th of November 2023. We booked a superior room and when we arrived, we were very pleased with the room. The staff were amazing.! Very helpful and always with a smile on their faces. As long as there were people in the bar, they kept it open. Although we didn't get all their names, there was one member of staff called Mathew who made us laugh each day! Every member of staff was amazing during our stay.!!! Highly recommended.!

Fabulous stay, excellent prices, the food was incredible, dog friendly, lovely park for the kids, a two minute drive to the beach. We'll be back without the kid and dog soon for a night away but we'll be upgrading to the bridal suite as it is stunning 😍

My partner and I enjoyed a nice stay at the Dunes Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was really great too. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit the Furness Abbey and the coast, but might be a bit out of the way for someone looking to be closer to "the lakes" or somewhere walkable. Will visit again!!

We had a lovely stay! We came for my partners birthday, I did mention in the notes that it was. When we got there they had decorated the room which was a really special touch. Also, we had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. I highly recommend! The food was fresh and very reasonably priced. I had the steak. The cocktails were also lovely. Thankyou for a wonderful time.

My venue has gone over and above everything I have contacted them. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I can't wait until our big day finally arrives.

A brand new feel to the place with amazing staff, who couldn’t do enough for us and our fur baby. Excellent food that catered for all dietary requirements ( ie carnivore and vegan!) Gorgeous dog bed, bowls and treats provided for Winnie. Lovely location for a walk to a natural gem of a beach! We will be back. Thank you Dunes .
