The County Arms

I had my wedding reception at the County Arms a few weeks ago and we had a fantastic time. I felt very taken care of through the whole process with Clara who was there to implement a very thorough plan and answer my many many questions. On the day, Phil and Bradley did an amazing job of implementing everything we planned to make sure the event went smoothly. They touched base with me where they needed to but I was able to step back and enjoy the night. Toby and Mikey were the fantastic bartender

We had our wedding reception here this weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Cant recommend this place enough! Clara and Phil were so incredibly helpful in the build up to it, really put us at ease. The day itself went so smoothly, everything was setup perfectly, and Bradley and the team were amazing all day, very helpful, very accommodating, they all helped make it our dream day! Also the food was delicious.

I cannot speak highly enough about the County Arms. We booked them for our wedding reception / breakfast. We only had a few months to plan our big day as we were restricted with dates family could travel. We booked the belvedere room and all the staff were amazing. The food was amazing, they catered to various dietary requirements and all our guests commented on how good the food was. The setup was also gorgeous, the team thought of everything.

We could not recommend the venue more highly. Phil and Clara were incredibly helpful in the planning process, the range of food options was excellent and the quality of the food on the day was first-class, drawing many compliments. Bradley managed the event on the day, and was super helpful, and all of the staff members worked with a big smile on their face all day. The room itself was perfect, and worked well for the ceremony, dinner and later as a bar/dancefloor.

We held our wedding reception at the county arms and the whole process and evening were absolutely perfect. Clara helped us plan and organise the wedding the whole way along and Brad was amazing too and was fantastic on the day. The food was incredible, as was the wine. Thank you so very much!

We had our wedding here and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious the service flexible and discrete. They let us decorate to our hearts content and the DJ they recommended was great! Everyone had a fab time switching between the beer garden and dining room with ease. We would highly recommend this as a wedding venue if you are after a relaxing and casual atmosphere. Thanks to all the staff who helped make our day great.

Really enjoyed our visit and are planning our next team night gathering! Service was on point, small things like keeping our water jug topped up as we sat in the garden area was such a nice touch to see, especially as it was pretty hot yesterday. Enjoyed ordering through the app and service was quick. Thank you to the team at the County Arms :) we will return soon... this time with more of us!

Celebrated 🍾 my brothers Wedding reception here.Very welcoming pub 😀 staff were get on hand with the buffet and drinks. Very good venue 👌 if your planning a private party. Thanks again to all the staff there who made it possible.

FABULOUS venue for a wedding reception. For our daughter’s wedding reception, the room was set up and decorated just as requested. Food was hot, fabulously presented, tasty and delivered to 60+ guests smoothly and efficiently. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. They were friendly; just top class. The inside area was spacious, with bi-fold doors which were opened for outside sitting/dancing which were closed when needed, for the speeches. Many thanks to the staff.

Standout venue. We booked a private room for a school event and the staff were accommodating and helpful from the start. They were responsive and efficient in all communications, made useful recommendations when asked, and extremely helpful and present during the event itself. Highly recommended.
