- PPatti Butler13/06/2025Amazing Venue..not just for Weddings!Amazing Venue..not just for Weddings!I held my 60th birthday here in March 2025... I was made to feel not only welcome, but that it was all about what I wanted, rather than choosing a package. A stunning blank canvas that needed very little additional decoration, and amazing guidance and support from Yta when discussing how I wanted the event to look. It has a well proportioned bar area and main barn room with a great dance floor, and soft seating up stairs. There is also a lovely room for bridal party to get ready in, well looked after outside space, which looked fab with festoon lights for guests arrival.There is also ample parking opposite the venue. The Corn Barn holds different types of events here, so there is an embracement of capturing the essence of what is right for you, rather than what they think you should have, which after looking at other venues was a breathe of fresh air. I booked a DJ and outside catering but there is also a kitchen on site. On the day, the team were friendly and efficient, with Yta in the background guiding the timing when necessary. The setting is delightful, the food delicious and the owners certainly went above and beyond contributing to a wonderful experience for all. The Barn was decorated to perfection and outside ambient lighting gave the adjoining gardens a cosy and welcoming feel as dusk descended. This venue would be able to cater for any number of occasions and after my experience today I strongly recommend the Corn Barn to those organising.We have just enjoyed my niece's wedding at the Corn Barn.
