The Cloisters is an extraordinary building designed according to the Arts and Crafts Movement. It has been designated as one of the 'great historic buildings of North Hertfordshire'. This unique, impressive building is a perfect venue in which to hold your special day. Why not get married in our temple and hold your celebrations in our banqueting hall? Have your photographs in our lovely grounds and enjoy some champagne in our bar. We have it all here. Whatever your catering requirements are, whether it’s a simple bite to eat, fork or finger buffet, sit-down meal or afternoon tea, you can be assured that it will be delivered to the highest of standards by our excellent in-house catering team. We pride ourselves on flexibility and choice, and would be pleased to assist you in making choices for you and your guests. Our fully stocked and licensed bar has a host of excellent wines, ales, beers, spirits and soft drinks, if required. We can cater for any size group, from a small, intimate gathering or for up to 180 guests. The Cloisters has free parking on-site for 80 vehicles, baby changing facilities and disabled access and facilities, with complimentary Wi-Fi in the banqueting hall. When you arrive here, you can meet with a member of our team who can show you around the venue and discuss your individual requirements. A visit to The Cloisters is highly recommended.

Amazing venue!

Amazing venue, so interesting with a mixture of modern and classic looks. We will be supplying a disco with elegant lighting solution for a 30th birthday party here in a few week. We may also supply a photo booth if required. Love the font at the entrance so if you are planning a wedding if any other celebration do take a look.

Such a good place

Such a good place. We went to a wedding today here and the staff were incredible from start to finish. So friendly and kind, went above and beyond for us even when we had awkward questions!
