From our first enquiries right up to the morning after the big day, Heather, Nicky, and Rachel were amazing in the service that they provided to us and our guests. Scott who was the Master of Ceremonies was superb and ensured that our day ran perfectly. The food was great and there was plenty of it, The room looked amazing and all staff were totally professional and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated as were those taken by our guests. As some other reviews have said the corridors are a little dated but we thought this added character to this charming old building. The customer service and overall experience we have had from the team at the Castle Hotel was second to none. Every part of our day was brilliant and the staff were all amazing. - aamanda lowe-dando12/12/2018The perfect DayThe perfect DayFrom the beginning of booking the venue to the morning after the staff at the Castle hotel were helpful and helped to make everything so much easier, i had the whole package ceremony,wedding breakfast, and evening party with the resident DJ, being a coeliac i always had trouble finding food etc but they even provided gluten free breakfast (on request) and did my food separately throughout the day.
