It is the prefect outdoor indoor venue and has so much to offer. We absolutely fell in love with the place and the staff are just amazing. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
Every wedding is unique and special but we at Coton House Farm love to hear the noise and vibrant atmosphere of guests during the wedding breakfast and into the evening. A wedding should be tailored to you!! Coming alive with conversation and laughter and our venue is perfect for making that happen on your special day. Some of our favourite memories involve guests enjoying themselves on our spacious grounds with garden games and competitions, adding that unique touch and extra fun to your wedding day.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Firstly, we as a venue completely understand how stressful planning a wedding can be, and we will assist you in any way that we can, as well as making sure all the information you need is transparent and readily available to you! Just look and try our website! Our main tip for planning your big day is to visualise the atmosphere you want to create, and to remember, it’s all about you!! It needs to be a day that you as a couple are going to love, remember and cherish for the rest of your lives together.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
We absolutely adore seeing all the unique ideas that our couples have at their weddings! As a venue we have so much room for you to add your personal touches and individual ideas. A few of our favourites from across the years have been personalised centrepieces with the couples favourite records, beautiful welcome signs with childhood photos and of course, some adorable wedding photos with your furry family members!

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
When you’re situated in a place like this, with such stunning surroundings, it’s so hard to chose! A couple of our favourites have to be, our beautiful outdoor pergola at sunset, or overlooking the valley with the patchwork of fields and woods.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We have had several well known guests and figures attend including undisputed world boxing champions, premiership footballers….and entire teams, soap stars, movie stars, international sportsmen, England Red Roses Players, and Royalty being HRH The Princess Royal.
What’s your favourite canapé?
We have some incredible in-house caterers, so this is hard as there is so many to choose from. It has to be the classic yorkshires and beef or a sweet treat of a scone with jam and cream!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
It has to be Pizza! Straight from our beautiful pizza oven situated outside on our lovely courtyard terrace. You could be anywhere in the world, but a fresh pizza from a classic pizza oven is always divine.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Our most unique feature has to be our gorgeous Oak Barn.With a stunning terrace right outside, there is so much space for everyone to flow, without losing any guests throughout your big day. With everything you could possibly need right in one beautiful open space, it’s bound to be a day both you and your guests will never forget. Both our Oak Barn and ceremony Barn are genuine traditional working barns not purpose built so it blends directly into the countryside, whilst retaining it’s original character, meaning it truly is relaxing and elegant.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We are most proud of being a transparent and honest, a family owned venue. As well as offering you a beautiful location for your wedding day, we offer a more personal experience for you as a couple. For us, it’s not just about hosting your wedding, but ensuring a smooth process and a completely magical day. We always aim to deliver the best possible wedding ever, and our drive is always for you.
