We cannot speak highly enough about this venue. We had an amazing time and if you are looking for somewhere to hire for a big celebration, we would strongly recommend. So many of our guests commented on what a great place it was for a party. The staff could not have been more pleasant & attentive and the renovation of the buildings, maintaining the rustic features in a stylish manner made this a perfect location for the party.We recently hired Blackbrook Barn for my wife’s Birthday Party. The moment we viewed Blackbrook Barns we knew it was everything we wanted and more. The grounds and venue itself are absolutely stunning. The whole experience from start to finish were incredible, it really has been a breeze. Lisa T, she honestly went above and beyond on everything, always on hand for any questions we had and that was all before the day. Lisa and Gary made sure we had the most amazing day, and we have had so many compliments on how smoothly the whole day ran. Amazing. The moment we viewed Blackbrook Barns we knew it was everything we wanted and more. The grounds and venue itself are absolutely stunning. The whole experience from start to finish were incredible, it really has been a breeze. The venue is stunning and it looked wonderful all set up for the wedding. The day just flowed so well, the team made sure the bride and groom's vision for the day came to reality. The staff were attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The team made sure that all the hassle was taken out of the day for the bride and groom. Plenty of parking. Separate large dressing rooms for bride and groom. The function room, bar and ceremony room are all interconnected so no need to leave once the guest have arrived. The staff were amazing. From the duty managers being available throughout with support and advice, to the table and bar staff, working with military precision. We could not have asked for a better team. The whole day ran so smoothly.Recently hosted our Daughter's wedding. The venue is exceptionally well laid out. Plenty of parking. Gary was incredibly welcoming and thorough in making sure every detail was accounted for. The venue is gorgeous and well lit which was great for our November wedding where the sun set early. Having the long barn, bar and cow shed for the various aspects of the day was great, and meant the day had a nice flow to it. The getting ready rooms were very nicely decorated and incredibly handy for the day.The team at Blackbrook did an absolutely fantastic job at making sure our day ran smoothly! The space is so beautiful and the team are incredibly welcoming. Every time I've seen it, it has been improved with a fabulous new addition and it looks amazing however it is decorated. Yes, the Blackbrook x Jenkinsons Taster evening for two is included during your wedding planning, and we make it a super fun, interactive event- bringing along some of our favourite suppliers to bring the Barns to life and show you just how special your day can be. We can promise a great evening to be part of.

How do the drinks packages work?
We’ve pulled together a selection of our most popular drinks options, along with a range of thoughtfully curated packages to make planning that bit easier. Think Pink Prosecco, Strawberry Sangria and plenty more- this isn’t your standard, off-the-shelf offering.
All drinks are provided in-house, with plenty of flexibility to tailor things to your taste and create something that feels just right for your day. Our full bar service runs from before your ceremony, through drinks reception and into the evening- with a carefully selected wine list, spirits and classic cocktails available throughout. All delivered by our friendly, experienced team, who know exactly how to keep glasses topped up and the atmosphere just right.

When do we drop off items?
Couples are welcome to drop off their wedding items the day prior, subject to availability. If the venue is in use, items can be delivered on the morning of the wedding. Your dedicated event manager will talk through all the logistics at your six-week planning meeting, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth and seamless set-up.

We work with a number of closely selected hotels and B&B’s, all situated within a 10 minute drive or taxi journey. Please ask your co-ordinator for more information and recommendations.

What time can I access the getting ready rooms?
We are delighted to offer two separate getting ready rooms, complete with shower facilities, ensuring both parties can prepare on-site. The first room is available from 8:30 am, and the second room opens at 10:30 am.

When will we finalise all of our details?
Your Wedding Coordinator will be in touch to arrange your final details meeting around 4–6 weeks before your wedding.
This is where we’ll run through everything together- from final numbers and timings to your table plan and supplier details- making sure everything is set and ready for the big day.
