But what truly made our day unforgettable was the incredible team behind The Mill. Every single member of staff was so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they genuinely cared about making our day everything we dreamed of and more. A very special mention has to go to Jose, who was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. From the very first message, he was responsive, patient, and reassuring — no question was ever too small, and he always replied so quickly, which made all the difference when the pre-wedding nerves kicked in! Jose went above and beyond in every way possible. He was there for us through every bit of planning, helped us stay calm when things felt stressful, and made sure every little detail was perfect on the day. His organisation, attention to detail, and genuine kindness really shone through, and we honestly can’t thank him enough for all the time and effort he put into making everything run so smoothly. The venue itself is stunning but the team there is out of this world, they go above and beyond making your day seamless. Jose is a top guy, his expertise shows but above all his personality shines through nothing is too much trouble for him and it’s just like an extra family member being there. The food was lovely the guests comments were one of the best weddings they had attended. I would highly recommend anyone looking to pay this venue a visit you won’t be disappointed I fell in love with it the day we viewed. This was the best day of our lives all made possible by Jose and his time which we will be forever greatful for We got married 22/08/24 here at the mill. The venue itself is stunning but the team there is out of this world, they go above and beyond making your day seamless. From the moment we booked until the day after our wedding we had not a worry in the world. Jose ensured all questions were answered and calmed a worried bride! Nothing was too much trouble. The food was beautiful. We unfortunately couldn't get married outside (typical English summer) but everything had been planned for and our day ran smoothly. I would recommend this venue time and time again. You won't be disappointed at The Mill.Oh my goodness what can I say?! Jose and his staff are just amazing. Our wedding was the most perfect day, nothing was too much trouble- everything ran smoothly and Jose made the whole process from start to finish seamless. The food was amazing and all our guests commented on how beautiful the food was, the canapés , the three course meal and our evening hog roast were delicious. The rooms we spotless, and the beds were super comfy and the breakfast was beautiful :) We held the most amazing wedding at this venue and also stayed in the rooms at the hotel. Our wedding was the most perfect day, nothing was too much trouble- everything ran smoothly and Jose made the whole process from start to finish seamless. The food was amazing and all our guests commented on how beautiful the food was, the canapés , the three course meal and our evening hog roast were delicious.
