Not only did we have the most beautiful and magical wedding day, but the whole experience was made wonderful thanks to the incredible staff that works there. Holly (wedding coordinator) and her team were amazing. Not only did they help out with literally EVERYTHING, but they made sure that the whole planning process was stress free for us. EVERYONE at the hotel is kind, caring and willing to ensure that your experience and stay is memorable. Our guests still cannot stop talking about the scenery, the staff and of course, the food! We also stayed at the hotel the night before and as the bride, I got a complimentary spa treatment. I couldn't have asked for a better way to relax! The Duchess Suite is one of the best rooms I have ever been in! The most magical views in the morning and incredible room service - the best room to be in the night before your wedding, not to mention, the best room to be in when getting ready with all your bridal party. When you book your wedding at the Carlyon Bay hotel, you're 100% guaranteed to book the most incredible experience you're ever going to have.Booking the Carlyon Bay hotel was the best decision we ever made. The whole day was excellent, the food was fabulous, the Christmas decorations were beautiful, and the staff was very attentive. We stayed over and treated ourselves to a sea view (even though we live nearby) Stayed after breakfast and used the spa facilities (the staff made us feel we could relax as long as we wished even though we had checked out) then had a leisurely cup of tea before going home. Went here for a recent wedding. The whole day was excellent, the food was fabulous, the Christmas decorations were beautiful, and the staff was very attentive. We had visited a few times prior to get a feel for the place and sample the food etc. It has never disappointed us. Holly Balanici went above and beyond for us and the porters, waitresses, bar staff, managers etc were exceptional! Everyone went over and above for all of us. The day went just as I had envisioned with the constant support and help from Holly. My son and daughter in law just had their wedding here and I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did for us.
