The Green Cornwall

After seeing The Green online and viewing it in person we instantly knew that it was the wedding venue for us! Shortly after viewing we had booked and secured our August 2024 wedding. From the get go Tania and her team were fantastic! They kept us up to date with all the relevant information and dates we needed, and were always there to lend a helping hand during the planning process with quick email replies and a zoom call. When it came to the wedding, Jess our wedding co-ordinator was fantastic. Jess was brilliant at offering help whilst setting up and making sure that everything was under control and checking in with me throughout the few days we had booked. Nothing that we had asked for or requested was too much trouble for anyone and every little detail was checked in with us during the morning to make sure it was all set out as it had been pictured in our heads. The rustic vibe of The Green was exactly what we were going for, it had an incredibly relaxed feel about it and everyone who worked there made everything run effortlessly. The food was fantastic from start to finish, just as amazing as we tasted on the taster day and there was always plenty to go around! Everyone was happy and both Tom and I simply had the most perfect day! Thank you to everyone at The Green for everything you did to make our day as special as it was! Emily & Tom x

After meeting Kiera and doing the viewing with her, we knew we wanted this to be our wedding venue. It’s a really beautiful venue and we really loved the accommodation and that if it was going to rain we had a back up plan ready to go. Kiera was so lovely to talk to and we could ask as many questions as we needed to. Kiera and The Green team really made us feel like they wanted us to have the best day. Tanya helped with all the organising and sent what felt like everything we needed! It was really fun to plan our wedding! We did the 2 day package which was a great deal but also we aren’t from the UK and had family coming from Zimbabwe, Lithuania, Ireland as well as all over the UK. On our first day we met Amy our coordinator. She was the perfect person to have throughout our wedding days as our coordinator. She was calming, funny, sweet, helpful and honestly just AMAZING! When we were setting up we could ask as many questions and advice and she wouldn’t let us forget that it was our day and how we would like to do it. She was very calming on our wedding day and will always be part of our amazing memories of it. Last but certainly not least…..Thank you to all the chefs, the food was DELICIOUS!! We loved our whole experience with The Green and from the outset got the relaxed wedding weekend we’d been looking for! We are based up north and got engaged in Cornwall so by chance (out of excitement) happened to stumble across The Green after our engagement. Just from seeing everything online including the tours of the beautiful cottages and stunning wedding barns, without hesitation we booked our wedding date without seeing the venue in person! (We are a decisive pair haha) We were then invited to a taster day so made the trip for the weekend to finally see our venue in person and to say we were pleased with our decision is an under statement! We were beaming from ear to ear and the staff were wonderful! Our wedding day was exactly what we had envisioned, relaxed vibes with all our favourite people! The only thing missing was some sunshine but it was March so plenty of umbrellas to hand and no celebrations ruined! Our wedding coordinator was brilliant and totally got our chilled feel, nothing was too much to ask! We also had a quiz night on the Friday to bring everyone together the night before the wedding and got the staff involved which we loved! All of our guests commented on the amazing food, staff and setting! A bonus to the venue is also that our Labrador Beni was also able to enjoy some weekend celebrations with us and everyone was happy to have him there! He felt very at home mooching round with us and he loved all the attention! I would love to relive the entire weekend as it’s now a complete blur! Thank you to everyone at The Green for everything, truly gave us and our Fridays and family a weekend to remember! 💚

We both fell in love with The Green. After viewing the venue we said “yes” before we even left the property! Everything about this place is just simply amazing. Organisation was super easy and stress free. There is lots of flexibility which allow you to customise your wedding. We’ve had a great experience from the beginning. We went for the 2 day package which was perfect for our part of my family travelling from another country. We were so happy with it as it also allowed our guests to meet before the wedding and brake the ice. And our big day…oh it was just amazing. Monika was our coordinator and she was absolutely brilliant. We did not have to worry about anything. She knew exactly what needs to be done, prepared etc and it allowed us to relax before and enjoy it. We wanted to say massive thank you to everyone, all staff were great, so friendly and professional. Compliments to chefs for lovely food that everyone enjoyed. Our friends asked us if we can get married again just to do The Green experience again:) Thank you!

The Green provided the best wedding experience we could ever have imagined. From the moment we first visited the venue, we knew it was the right fit for us, and our family and friends. At every stage of the planning process we felt supported and well advised. The taster day was just a perfect sample of how brilliant the actual wedding would be, and it was a great chance to meet the Team behind the emails. Any change or shift in plans was managed and accommodated for, and it was such a weight off my mind to know that any email or query would be responded to promptly and warmly. Of our wedding weekend itself, I can only say that it was perfect. We just had the time of our lives, from the moment we arrived on Friday afternoon. We had the assistance of Sophie as our co-ordinator who steered us through the final few hours of preparation and the day itself faultlessly. Any and all of our whims or needs were seen to, and last minute hitches fixed with no trouble at all. The on-site accommodation was excellent, the food and drinks delicious, and every moment of our experience was just beautiful. The only sadness in the whole thing was on Sunday morning when we came to leave, knowing that we wouldn't be doing it all over again the next weekend. We had the pleasure of having the 2 day wedding package at The Green. From the moment we booked it we knew we made the right decision with constant support, advice and guidance from Tania and the team throughout. Finally the day came and everything we had read and heard about the venue came true. They couldn’t be more helpful. We would like to single out Amy who was our wedding co-ordinator on the day and couldn’t do enough for us, she was a real superhero behind the scenes and made sure that our dream wedding was everything we wished for. The venue is the most amazing place to have a wedding with all our close family and friends with us in our very own exclusive wedding village. We had the best experience getting married at the Green! All of the staff were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. We opted for the 2 night package and we’re so glad we did. We were greeted by Lauren who coordinated and managed our day, who immediately put us at ease. She was amazing for the whole time we were at the Green, I was very nervous out my speech and the first dance but she kept me calm and gave amazing advice. Honestly I don’t know how I would have done it without her help! The venue is absolutely stunning, so relaxed, quiet and nicely spaced out. Our guests had an amazing time and loved exploring throughout their stay. Weddings can be very full on, so our guests liked the fact that they had their own space if they needed some time to themselves. The food was incredible, we really enjoyed the taster session - definitely go on a completely empty stomach because you will eat more in one sitting than you ever have before! The Green handled everything, all we had to do was tell them what we wanted. There’s no way we could have ever put on anything anywhere near as special for us and our guests, we will remember our special day at the green fondly for the rest of our lives and we can’t thank the whole team enough! We would 100% recommend the Green, we’re actually hoping that our friends will choose the Green so that we can go back again!

What an amazing venue. The Green has everything you could wish for and more. With four different areas where you can get married from beautiful land with a breath taking view to a unique rustic barn. Everything is on site and yourself and some of you wedding party can stay on site. The wedding coordinators are great. Amy was amazing and made sure everything went perfect. The food is amazing! No stingy wedding portions, full size filling food which all out guests raved about. Huge compliments to the chef and his team. The preen at the Green is a perfect space for you to get ready. Everyone went above and beyond and made our Wedding unique and perfect for us! Couldn't have chosen a better venue.

We got married at the green in March 2024. The venue was beautiful and allowed us to accommodate a large number of our guests fro. Friday through to Sunday - which gave us the weekend weddi g experience we had imagined. On the day the venue was stunning and provided a few different setting across its barns and bars. The Green were incredibly helpful with planning all aspects of the event, but in particular our wedding coordinator Sophie was exceptional. She ensured everything ran smoothly on the day, orchestrated the movement of people from place to place and was always one step ahead with problem solving - this allowed us to focus on each other during the day. The food was excellent both before and during the wedding, and the fry up the morning after cured sore heads. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

We had the most amazing wedding day at The Green Cornwall, we wish we could do it all over again. Definitely glad we picked the two days this helped us be a little less stressed and time to set up and welcome our guest on site who was staying. The food was absolutely incredible, we do think the sausages should be added to the bbq without an additional cost as these are also delicious. Was lovely spending the first evening with our staying guest ready to settle in for the big day. Our day went incredibly well our guest had said that it was the best wedding they had attended which made it feel even more special to us. We don’t think we can fault much apart from not very wheelchair friendly so just for people to bare that in mind as we had a struggle with this due to the ground set up. But apart from that everything was absolutely amazing.
