A dreamy elopement, a small intimate wedding, a day-long celebration or a full-blown three-day wedding extravaganza. Kilminorth can accommodate bespoke plans and offer both midweek and weekend ceremonies all year round. Couples, guests and of course, four-legged friends, are always at the forefront of their minds.
Kilminorth also pride themselves on being a fully-inclusive wedding venue, delivering award-winning, spectacular weddings and celebrations of love since 2013.
Kilminorth can be exclusively yours, for a celebration you’ll cherish forever. It’s private land; not easily stumbled across, and not open to the public. Perfect whether you’re eloping or looking for a big, bright, loud love-in. And with tonnes of indoor and outdoor space, Kilminorth is a year round destination for your wedding.
Kilminorth has several licensed outdoor ceremony spaces, including our wooden Chy Hos altar, in the gorgeous wild meadow and down at Marley’s Bar. You can also tie the knot inside our breathtaking clear top wedding marquee, and a handful of our gorgeous cottages for more intimate celebrations.
With so many incredible spaces to pick from, there really is something suitable for weddings of all shapes and sizes - Kilminorth can happily accommodate ceremonies from just 2, through to 250.
Kilminorth offer three main types of weddings - if you'd like come for just the day or a whole weekend, the choice is yours. And we're a fabulous location for intimate celebrations and elopements, especially if you choose one of our quaint Cornish cottages to say "I do".
This year at the Cornwall Tourism Awards, Kilminorth were awarded not one but two gold awards - Wedding Venue of the Year 2023, as well as Dog-Friendly Business of the Year

We are a flexible venue offering three day, one day, and intimate weddings, alongside elopements.

Nothing was too much trouble, all staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and made the build up to the wedding go smoothly. Even the last minute change of ceremony location on site ( due to the change in weather) was expertly co-ordinated. What amazing memories we have. Will definitely be back to relax.We had an absolutely fabulous week in the run up to our daughter’s wedding at the venue. Nothing was too much trouble, all staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and made the build up to the wedding go smoothly. The staff could not have done more to make our stay the wonderful experience it was. The setting is exceptional and stunning, with landscaped grounds and gardens, swimming pool, as well as the hamlet-like set up of all the cottages. Come the day of our wedding the whole day took on its own energy. and with the guidance of Jayne, we felt reassured that all would be perfect.mSo much to remember now, so much to treasure. The fact you can have the whole venue for you and your guests helps to make it even more special. Get married after lunch, giving you the morning to take everything in. Relax, enjoy your day, and don't stress about the weather!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
We love to see four-legged friends at weddings, and we also love arrival drinks as this always varies so much, and really gets guests chatting!

Unique, rustic, breathtaking, extravagant, and nature-infused.
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
There are too many to pick from, however we do particularly love photographs in our spectacular wild meadow, in front of our breathtaking valley, and amongst the hydrangeas in bloom.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We have had some celebrity guests, but guests privacy is of the utmost importance to us, so we'll have to keep the details a secret.
What’s your favourite canapé?
We love it when couples bring their own culture and heritage into the cuisine for their big day. However, if we had to name a preference, we love seeing locally inspired produce, so anything with a Cornish twist is a big hit with us.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
It has to be marshmallows around the campfire, underneath the star lit sky.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
We are proud to be a fully flexible wedding venue, and not forcing our couples into a set package. We believe that your day should be completely customisable to you.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We are proud of our team, and their efforts to strive to deliver the best experiences for all of our guests, which has been recognised by award wins, including Wedding Venue of the Year with the Cornwall Tourism Awards 2023/2024.
