Description
Before creating your bespoke wedding package, expert planners will listen to the requirements, preferences and budgets and make recommendations based on this. We can source everything, from flowers, chair covers and favours to musical entertainment, or add a creative touch if you're looking for something a little different. All furniture, cutlery, crockery and staff are included in the food cost. Audio and lighting can also be personalised. Our wedding licence includes every room within our venue and allows The Brewery to host your wedding ceremony and reception on-site.
We can perform civil ceremonies and civil partnerships, and have hosted culturally diverse weddings from the Asian, Jewish and Greek communities.
We understand that food is one of the most important aspects of your wedding and we are here to help you impress. Reflecting the season and full of flair, flavours and creativity we will deliver food of outstanding quality to your guests throughout your wedding day.
All the spaces at The Brewery have LED lighting to enhance the mood of your wedding or tailor to a specific colour scheme. They also feature a built in PA system for speeches and wi-fi for those important Instagram posts and stories. If your audio visual requirements go beyond this we will work with our in-house AV company Encore to provide whatever you need.
From the elaborate interactive best man's speech to DJ equipment we will provide what you need and make sure that we have trained technicians onsite to help you setup and deal with any hiccups that may occur.

While the venue itself is stunning and all our guests loved it, the organisational challenges were immense. We had a high tea with all our guests the evening before at the Kew Gardens and the entire experience was extremely smooth. Just to highlight some (just some) of the issues - the PLI for each vendor was £10M (for Kew it was 2M; none and I mean none of our vendors had more than 2), the process to get a couple of parking places for the event duration was cumbersome, we were told last minute there was an additional fee of 600 pounds!, on the day of the event they said they will cancel the event if we didn’t have a wedding insurance (they didn’t maintain a checklist of things needed). Anyway, hopefully they work on these (and more) operational issues because the venue is amazing. For now we would not recommend this venue for weddings (maybe for corporate it might be an easier sailing).I had my wedding at the Brewery on the 4th of October this year. They honestly curated and facilitated the best day ever. The day flowed perfectly and our guests still rave about what a good time they had. I know we will be biased but it was the most exquisite wedding food and the catering team were amazing, helping with a few niche allergies. The food tasting was a really special experience with our two best friends too. It was also the hottest day of 2023 and the aircon was the real MVP! Nothing was too much of an ask and I would throughly recommend The Brewery to all! Many guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to, and almost all of them commented on how good the food was. The planning process was pain-free even though we had to change wedding coordinators twice due to staff moving on; you really get what you pay for and the team had lots of ideas and suggestions to make the event better, even up to the day before. We used the Sugar Rooms which looked absolutely beautiful, more so than we could have imagined. The food was wonderful and so many people complimented us on it. We had a food tasting with Tom the Chef who made sure everything was as we wanted it. Vegans and people with special diets were catered for brilliantly. All of the staff from the waiters and waitresses to the security and reception staff to Madeline, Amelie and Petra were brilliant.
