The Bentley Hotel London

Was a beautiful and clean hotel with friendly staff. We also went to the Spa for a Hammam and a facial, the beauty therapists were lovely and the experience and treatment was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Went to this hotel for afternoon cream tea with champagne which was a gift for me. We were a little late due to traffic i rang to inform them and they were so understanding and told me not to worry. When we arrived the young man was so welcoming and told us to relax and enjoy. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities during my best friend's hen-do celebration. The hot stone massage provided a truly relaxing experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to decorate the area and indulge in a delightful cake and champagne during our treatments. We (the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce) held a breakfast seminar at the Bentley Hotel in late February. Despite the fact that we were forced to make a few changes very close to the day of the event, the hotel was totally unfazed by this. The service from the entire team was warm, friendly, and efficiently responsive, and this contributed to the smooth running of our event. Located in a great area full of pubs and restaurants but very quiet at the same time.They upgraded us to a junior suite and late check out free of charge which was very much appreciated.
