From the moment we made initial enquiries, prompt service, care and attention to detail and time and effort given to making us feel special was evident.. Correspondence between myself and the reservation team was beyond satisfactory. Even inviting us down to view the rooms and entire Hotel was a wonderful touch, and something we are so pleased we managed to do prior to our bookings.. The events team too were extremely helpful.We cannot thank or praise The Ampersand Team enough.. From the moment we made initial enquiries, prompt service, care and attention to detail and time and effort given to making us feel special was evident.. Fantastic venue who catered perfectly to our every need. The wine room was an exquisite intimate room with a speaker and impressive decor (wine display, paintings, tablescape). The food was incredible and serves seamlessly by our wonderful waitress for the evening. Amazing day at The Ampersand Hotel Amazing day at The Ampersand Hotel
Had a wonderful day at the Ampersand on Friday! We all loved the venue, and the staff were incredible! Apologies but I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who looked after us throughout the event but please give him a special thank you as he went above and beyond for us and met all of our requirements on the day! Huge thanks to Frida and Sofia too for all the help planning and arranging our event! The food throughout the day was beautiful, the salmon was especially delicious! We were just sorry we couldn't eat more! Had a wonderful day at the Ampersand on Friday! We all loved the venue, and the staff were incredible!
