We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our intimate wedding at The Manor at Sway last Christmas. With 50 guests, the cozy and elegant setting created the ideal backdrop for both our wedding and the festive season. The entire venue exuded a warm, magical atmosphere that felt like a Christmas fairytale. The food was nothing short of exceptional, with every guest raving about the exquisite dishes throughout the day. During the planning phase, the team went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Tim, with his relaxed and approachable manner, made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. No detail was too small, and the attention to every aspect made all the difference. We had exclusive use of the hotel, and the rooms were absolutely fabulous—luxurious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat for our guests. The celebrations naturally extended into breakfast the following morning, which was just as wonderful and kept the festive spirit alive. If you're looking for an enchanting, personal, and elegant venue for your wedding, The Manor at Sway is truly a gem. The manor at sway is a beautiful, romantic and warm venue. It already held a lot of sentimental value to us as a couple but being able to hold our wedding reception there has made it even more magical. All the staff are kinda and welcoming, we felt like anything that we asked for they did their best to accommodate. The manor and the grounds and stunning and the perfect backdrop for beautiful wedding photos. We hired the whole manor so all our friends and family could stay which made it feel really homely and let the celebration continue to breakfast the next day. The food was delicious and exactly what we had asked for. The layout of the ground floor spaces with the bar in the centre worked perfectly for the flow of the day and the feeling of the wedding. I love the way you can move from the bar to seating areas or to outside or to the reception room or the dance floor made everyone feel really together and connected everyone in deferent areas. We would definitely recommend this a your wedding venue and encourage you to go and have a look round

We picked the Manor because of its great location and the quality of the Food. Tim and the staff at the manor made our stay and event a great memory. We had our Wedding reception here and everything went so smoothly. We were delayed starting the meal because of picture taking but the Staff just handled it, we weren't hurried they just adapted. The food was excellent - the best we had in England. I cannot recommend the hotel enough for a stay or an event

We had our wedding reception at the Manor and it was so perfect! The Manor is so beautiful & made for some lovely photos on the day both inside & in the gardens. When we visited the Manor the first time, we couldn’t imagine having our reception anywhere else - the decor and lovely high ceilings are beautiful. The staff were all so professional & friendly. Our daughter and her fiancé had their wedding reception here 2 weeks ago. They were understandably very anxious about having a wedding reception in lockdown with the Covid restrictions but honestly I cannot thank Tim and his staff enough. It all went so smoothly and was so relaxed with 45 guests . Nothing was too much trouble! We had our wedding reception at the Manor at Sway and it was wonderful. The Manor is located in the beautiful, quaint village of Sway, which is a perfect location - in the heart of the New Forest but also close to the beautiful nearby beaches. The Manor is beautifully decorated with high ceilings and all our guests commented on how beautiful their rooms were. We enjoyed some high quality, lovely food at the Manor as part of our wedding breakfast as well as some delicious canapés. Nothing was too much trouble for Tim and the rest of the team at the Manor, which made the wedding planning process really enjoyable and the team made everyone feel very relaxed on the day. One of the reasons we chose the Manor was because of the beautiful long gardens which made for some lovely photos and there is lots of room for a band and garden games. We didn’t have a marquee but we imagine this would be a great option for larger weddings as the garden is large and private. All in all, we are so pleased we chose the Manor at Sway, it is a beautiful hidden gem in the New Forest!

The Manor put together a 2 day package for my daughters wedding. We arrived the evening before, celebrated the wedding the following day and departed after breakfast the day after. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they helped make an amazing experience become completely unforgettable. There was nothing to fault - accommodation, food, service, flexibility, good humour and attention to detail were all 10 out of 10! Thank you the Manor at Sway you are a truly exceptional hotel!

Held our wedding reception at the Manor and had exclusive use of the hotel for two nights. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, food is fantastic and the team could not have done more for us to make sure we were happy. Would recommend to anyone
