If you find yourself thinking that the space looks a little familiar it may be because you saw the venue featured in the hit film ‘Last Christmas’ (2019) starring Emilia Clarke, Henry Golding, Michelle Yeoh and Emma Thompson. St Mary’s was also designed by famous architect Robert Smirke who was best known for the facade of the British Museum.
With two magnificent event rooms, St Marys London can make your wedding day dreams come true. The main Auditorium and the large lower floor are both available for hire for your wedding reception, with a combined size of 780 meters. The Main Auditorium is star of the show, featuring grand 15-meter-high ceilings and beautiful stained-glass windows. The second space included in hire is the audacious lower floor, this contemporary space offers a blank canvas for those imaginative couples to exercise their creative freedom. The large capacity of this space gives you plenty of flexibility, allowing you to create a space that works perfectly for your celebration.

We are a dry hire venue and this gives you the flexibility to tailor the space to your event to create your own unique touch! Venue hire includes our beautiful and grand auditorium as well as a spacious lower floor and 3 smaller, lockable rooms. We also provide 32 trestle tables and 600 chairs which you are welcome to make use of.

With large families we needed a large venue & it was amazing to find somewhere where we could have so many guests (160 guests at the wedding breakfast & more at the party afterwards) in such a beautiful central London venue. We also loved having the ceremony & reception in the same place. And above all that, the staff are wonderful. Organising the day was so straight forward. We couldn’t have asked for more!We had a wonderful day at St Mary’s, it was a perfect fit for us. There is plenty of space and breakout rooms. The staff at St Mary's were very accommodating and helpful, especially with things that needed to be changed and addressing any issues very quickly. And the wedding venue definitely contributed to that. Its so light and spacious inside and there's a lot of opportunity to get creative with the space and really make it your own. There's also a beautiful piazza right outside where we all enjoyed Pimms. If the weather is bad theres also a big hall downstairs for guests. Staff were so friendly and very efficient. Communication was easy and we didn't have to stress about about anything on the day. It was also so handy to be at a location so central in London, making it very easy for our guests to get to.We absolutely loved our wedding day! And the wedding venue definitely contributed to that.
