From communication, organisation to friendliness and just making everything run so smoothly and nothing ever being too much! Daria for all the prep before and dealing with lots of my emails! Sara - Rhys (son) loves you and so do we! We decided to use Balfour St Barts as our wedding reception venue back in 2018. Unfortunately, due to lockdown restrictions we got married with a limited number elsewhere but decided to keep Balfour St Barts as our venue for our first wedding anniversary party. They have been so accommodating from the get-go. Communication with Jola (the General Manager) throughout was superb, all our questions were answered swiftly with great detail and we felt really looked after. Overall, we were very happy. Matilda was fantastic. She was responsive and helpful and our questions did not go unanswered, which is exactly what we wanted in a supplier. The tea set out our directions as we wanted so there was nothing we had to worry about in the morning. We have her our playlist and this was sorted out without having to do anything.
