Wow what can we say, a truly incredible day we will never forget! The team at Shilstone have been superb from our first enquiry right through to the final good bye at the end of our wedding. We chose Shilstone due to the stunning location, the people, delicious food and that your wedding is a journey moving through the venue seamlessly. Thank so you to the Shilstone Team!

We chose Shilstone as our wedding reception venue and couldn’t be more happy that we did. We had the most amazing day at this beautiful venue. We had the best day and cannot believe how well managed everything was. Everything ran like clockwork; there was no stress, everything was thought of and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran well. Everything was perfect. We had so many compliments on the food - the best wedding food! All the staff were great and very thoughtful.

The entire wedding experience at Shilstone was absolutely perfect. From enquiry, to booking, to the wedding day itself, the whole setup ran incredibly smoothly thanks to each and every member of staff. The location is gorgeous - you couldn't ask for better surroundings!

Our wedding day at Shilstone was truly perfect. The food, service and atmosphere were beyond exceptional, and the staff could not have been more friendly and attentive. The support we received from the in-house coordination team in the lead up to our wedding was superb; always happy to help and so efficient! Hello, It’s Luke and Emma here from the Saturday 5th October wedding. We just wanted to write you all a message to say a massive thank you for all the help and support towards our wedding and on the actual day. Can I do a big thank you to Lucy for decorating the place, it looked incredible!! We were over the moon and it was so magical. Another big thank you also to Jo, Tara, Dave and Hollie, all their help in the smooth running and communication for the day, it went so perfectly! Also to everyone behind the scenes and on the day thank you, thank you, thank you. The day was absolutely perfect and the weather held out, we have some beautiful pictures to cherish! We can’t believe it is all over and done, wedding blues have kicked in. Honeymoon time is coming now though. Dear Hollie, Jo, Tara, David and all colleagues involved in the Howell-Hutton wedding last Saturday! Thank you so much for all your hard work and energy expended on our behalf! The event passed off seamlessly from reception and canapés through wedding breakfast to the last dance and departures. The organisation was quiet and efficient, the food simply delicious (thank you so much to Chef and her staff – just great!) and the venue magical – rendered even cosier by the worsening weather outside! Thank you to everyone who had a hand in making this such a memorable day for our joint families and friends: the administrative and events teams who carefully planned so many elements beforehand and all the staff on the 28th both behind the scenes and front of house. We had our wedding this September at Shilstone and I cannot fault them in any way, from their amazing staff communication leading up to the day including meeting the owner (who was not pushy or overbearing at all compared to other places we viewed) to the actual day when they ensured everything went perfectly. The canapes and food were beyond exceptional and our guests still rave about it now. Special mention to Hollie for all the pre-wedding organisation, Jo for the day before and the morning of and to Tara who was brilliant throughout the day and evening always checking in with us to make sure everything was ok and generally being fab. Big thank you to all the staff on the day who were fabulous and a real credit to the place, my guests all commented on how fabulous and attentive everyone was including my aunt in a wheelchair who was especially looked after. We had our wedding at Shilstone back in August and we cannot thank the entire team enough. From the first meeting to the big day they couldn’t do enough for us. We both fell in love with Shilstone within 10 minutes of arriving back in January 2018 on our first visit and we just knew it was where we wanted to celebrate our marriage. Hollie and the team leading up to the day were always on hand to answer questions and help me when I was having a moment. They also kept our secret entertainment from everyone including my husband. On the big day itself, things didn’t go to plan with my wedding car but everyone at Shilstone made sure the rest of the day ran like clockwork. Tara was there waiting for us and helped (me especially) calm down and was so reassuring. The staff were fantastic in every aspect of the day. Everyone from the second we arrived even till now still comments on the day and how beautiful the venue was. We would both highly recommend Shilstone House to anyone because for us it was everything we dreamt of. We got married on 24th August and what an amazing day we had. Shilstone is an absolutely beautiful venue, from the ceremony to canapés and the wedding breakfast the setting was just perfect. Hollie was the best, I’d always receive a response within 24 hours and she was extremely helpful. I can’t fault the staff on the day either, everything went seamlessly and a special mention to Tara who really stood out on the day with her organisation. Thank you Shilstone, we had a wonderful day.
