The staff are very cooperative and welcoming. Thank you, and special thanks to the employee Cheryl or (Cheyl), the reception employee. She was cooperative and smiling and did her job in the best way. Also in the main restaurant at breakfast time, the employee Paolo was cooperative and also very nice with the people.

Love this phenomenal Marriott property! Concierge services provided by Nelson and staff ensured a 5-star stay in every aspect from recommendations for safe tourism to personalized assistance when needed. The location works well for beautiful walking experiences to a wide array of hot spots and activities. Highly recommended!

Great venue for our company Xmas party. Loved the grand piano in the entrance hall. Large ball room with stage at one end.

We photographed and filmed a fantastic wedding at the Sheraton Grand. The staff were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful throughout the day. The suite we shot the bridal prep in was simply gorgeous and the ballroom was a truly epic setting for a reception. Check out the views from the balcony over the dance floor! Highly recommend as a wedding venue right in the heart of London!

The name Grand is there for a reason. Beautiful building, stayed there for a wedding, the venue was georgous, the room was spacious ( loved the big walk in shower with the light arrangement), comfortable mattress and a very good A/C. Breakfast buffets were well stocked ant any time and the chef would prepare egg variations on request 😋. Very tasty.... Staff were very welcoming and polite.

Amazing weekend here with my mom ! My fam always stays here when we come and when I told her I needed a girls’ weekend away … we said LONDON ! Wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else. Virag, in the lounge, and , at the front desk, are absolute sweethearts … 10/10 love them. Amazing service 🫶🏼🙏🏻

Located in one of the most luxurious districts of the city, it’s just a short walk from Hyde Park, which makes it a perfect spot for anyone who loves exploring the city on foot. The hotel boasts some truly fantastic restaurants, with food that’s simply delicious.
