Celebrate your special day in style with two stunning wedding venues at Secret Valley - Quantock Barn and Lakeside. The Quantock Barn is the ideal venue for wedding receptions, with its wooden-clad interiors providing a versatile and spacious blank canvas that can be tailored to your precise vision. A sit-down reception can accommodate up to 200 guests easily. Inside the barn, you'll find a permanent pleated marquee lining with swagged valances and a pleated dividing wall, offering an elegant backdrop to your celebrations. Attached to the Quantock Barn is a large kitchen with four cookers and ample space for caterers, ensuring a hassle-free dining experience. Reception parties at the Quantock Barn conclude at midnight. At Lakeside, our newest wedding location, you'll find an idyllic setting for your whimsical countryside ceremony. The highlight of this location is our picturesque island at the center of the peaceful lake, offering a breathtaking backdrop to exchange your vows. The semi-circle seating area around the lake can accommodate guests not more than 200. The lush grassy area underneath the sprawling old Oak tree provides the perfect spot to sip your drinks and mingle during your Canapé hour. With two unique venues to choose from, you can opt to have a lakeside ceremony and a Quantock Barn reception, combining a variety of natural landscapes (Lakeside, Barn, Vineyards). Your guests will appreciate the reduced transportation cost, while everything you need for your day is within walking distance of their cabins. Looking for a more intimate ceremony? Our Owl Barn and Secret Garden are the perfect locations for weddings with fewer than 40 guests.

We offer you a D.I.Y venue having complete control of the day, although can recommend local trusted suppliers if you need. To hire out the Quantock Barn & Lakeside Ceremony (which holds up to 200 guests) comes at a total cost of £2,750 - £4,250 (Lowest Price is Low Season Midweek & Highest Price is High Season Weekend). To hire the Quantock Barn this comes at £2,500 - 4,000 (Lowest Price is Low Season Midweek & Highest Price is High Season Weekend). To hire out the Lakeside & Secret Garden (can hold up to 150 guests) this comes at a cost of £12,50. To hire out alone the Lakeside ( can hold up to 150 guests) is £1,000. Weekend High Season: £5,500 (July, August & Early September - Including Bank Holidays). Midweek High Season (Tuesday or Wednesday) £4,500 (July, August & Early September -Including Bank Holidays). QUANTOCK BARN & LAKESIDE PRICES: Weekend Low Season, £5,250 (April, May, June, late September & October -Excluding Bank Holidays). My wife and I recently hosted our Wedding at Secret Valley, and we cannot recommend this place highly enough! The team were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the organisation of the Wedding and on the weekend itself, big shout out to both Lucy and Will for being so great! The venue is absolutely stunning, the lakeside made a really special place to have our ceremony and the barn was the perfect blank canvas to realise our dream of a festival themed wedding! The accommodation options are all brilliant, with all the amenities you need to have a very comfortable few days. The wine they make is top notch so I can also highly recommend getting a bottle (or three) of the rose! If you are thinking of hiring this venue either for a wedding or an event, or even just to stay for a little getaway, you won't regret it!My wife and I recently hosted our Wedding at Secret Valley, and we cannot recommend this place highly enough! We wanted a relaxed environment with lovely natural backdrop! We certainly got that... vineards, christmas trees, lakes, forests!
