Not one complaint or issue. Pam, Paul, Joe and team go above and beyond. We couldnt have wished for a better venue or service.Rooms are specious, clean and good amenities. Service was second to nin, wonderful reception staff catering to all our needs. Bar and restaurant staff friendly and work really hard to deliver great food and experience. Cleaners were really friendly and didn't intrude etc.. I'm certain all our guests will be booking to go back, they loved it just as much as us. . Heartfelt thanks to all over the weekend for a truly magical time.Wow what can I say, we had our wedding here a couple weeks ago. 100 guests over 3 nights... Not one complaint or issue. From the start of planning the event to the actual event date, everything ran smoothly and without any hitch. . This was due to the expertise, knowledge and general help and kindness of Managers Pam and Paul. Nothing was too much trouble, no questions we had were left unanswered. They both went above and beyond to make sure our day/night was as enjoyable as possible for ourselves and our guests. . The decoration of the event room was amazing and just what we asked for. The feedback we had regarding the food, both hot and cold buffets was fabulous. We would certainly recommend this Hotel to future customers who are on the look out for a brilliant venue with excellent staff. . Bar staff, waiting on staff, reception staff and cleaners were all pleasant and polite. We had a wonderful and memorable day/night.
