Rutland Hall Hotel

It was such a beautiful venue! So pleased that we chose Rutland Hall, especially as it has such a lovely view of the water! The day was absolutely fantastic!!! I can’t say that it was ‘perfect’ as, with any day, there will always be small issues. For example, I was a little bit disappointed with some of the hospitality. This was only little things like they didn’t give canapés to all of our guests as they didn’t think to go to wear the seats were lined up (where people normally have the ceremony). I did ask if these seats could be put into groups for the day (and then they may have noticed that they needed canapés) but unfortunately this didn’t happen. Likewise, the bar was closed during the meal so people who didn’t want wine or water had to travel down to the main restaurant to get food. These were only small issues but, considering how many weddings they do, I was slightly surprised by the lack of organisation there. Having said that, the food was absolutely amazing!!!! We had so many compliments about that! Likewise, the venue was set up quickly (once the wedding from the night before hand finally cleared). Unfortunately, they did start clearing up things like the bows on the back of the chairs at about 11pm, which made some guests feel like they were rushing us to leave early. Thankfully, we reassured them that we had until midnight though! The staff were generally very good though! We had amazing contact from Emmie on the build up to the wedding! With so many weddings, it still felt very personal even though we only got the chance to meet once which was on the week of the wedding. Overall, it is an amazing venue which I would certainly recommend. There were only a few bits, as I’ve said, which I would have expected a bit better from but, in the grand scheme of things, it was nothing major and we still had the best day ever!!!!!

Well what can I say other than a BIG thank-you to you and all of your team. Especially Kylie / Romesh (I hope I’ve got his name correct) who guide the day to perfection. Can’t quite believe how amazing it all actually went, everyone was saying how amazing the venue was, people couldn’t get other the scenery and how beautiful it was. Hannah and Mark have gone away on honeymoon in the Cotswolds, I’m sure they will be reminiscing of the fantastic day they had. Thanks Emmie you have been amazing

Where do we even start with Rutland Hall, it is an amazing hotel! On behalf of my new Husband and I we would like to say a massive thank you to the wedding team at Rutland Hall. We got married here on Saturday and from start to finish the whole process was so easy and enjoyable. Throughout our planning we was fortunate enough to have been given a new wedding coordinator Emmie, what a woman she is, always so kind, friendly and willing to help, nothing was ever a problem however big or small.

Where do I even start? We got married here less than a week ago and to say the day was perfect is an understatement! Emmie, our wedding coordinator, was incredible from day 1, no email/question/request was to small & she helped ease even this worrisome Brides nerves. She ensured the day ran flawlessly & me and my new husband cannot thank you enough. Another thanks to Jason and Kylie & Raj who were there on the day to make sure it went without a hitch & if there was anything that came up.

We had the most amazing day for our wedding on 31/8/24 at Rutland Hall Emmie was amazing and nothing was too much bother. The staff on the wedding day were fabulous everything went seamlessly Kylie was brilliant making sure everyone was where they should be Raj was so helpful and friendly. The food was amazing so many lovely comments from our guests We stayed all weekend and the staff were great Friday night organising an area so we could all be together. We had the most wonderful day thank you

Our reception was held in the newly opened Pavillion suite and our guests were blown away by the beautiful reception area. The venue has minimalist but classic decor so it is a blank canvas to build into your dream wedding space. Emmie took over as our wedding coordinator 5 months before the wedding and she quickly got to know us and our wedding plans. She was on hand for any questions and helped facilitate anything she possibly could and most importantly put us at ease.

We want to say a huge thank you to Rutland Hall. We had an absolutely magical wedding day. The grounds were stunning, the food was delicious and everyone partied like there was no tomorrow! We initially booked through Grace and then were looked after by Emmie. With the communication throughout (many e-mails!!) and the girls' attention to detail, we knew we were in safe hands.

We would just like to say a huge thank you to you and Grace for being our wedding coordinators, we couldn’t have done it without you! You have been super friendly, helpful and supportive throughout our wedding planning journey and made it all so much easier for us to handle! We are so grateful to have had you by our side through this and it blows our minds sometimes thinking you have to do this for weddings every day, hats off!

Rutland Hall Hotel is a great wedding venue. It has the most breathtaking views, helpful wedding co-ordinators and plenty of options to accommodate any party size.

We had the most amazing wedding at Rutland Hall Hotel - the venue was a dream and the team were amazing from start to finish! Our wedding coordinator, Emmie was so friendly and accommodating throughout the entire wedding process and the staff on the day were on hand to help with anything; nothing was too much trouble to sort - although our day mainly ran without a hitch thanks to RHH and our other amazing suppliers!
