The Woodlands at Hothorpe

We can't recommend the Woodlands at Hothorpe enough, it is such an amazing venue, supported by a dedicated and dilligent group of hard working staff. From booking to organisation, nothing was too much and they took care of the detials. The food was second to none, they made our perfect day. Not the cheapest venue but everyone of our guests had a sensational time and couldn't stop talking about the place. Thank you Alice and the team at Hothorpe, you were and are amazing! My partner and I had our wedding at Hothorpe and it was perfect. The staff were friendly and happy to help with any query, our wedding co-ordinator Aimee supported us through the whole process and made sure the day ran smoothly and the suppliers suggested were perfect and so good at what they do. The food was the best food at a wedding I and our guests have ever had, they are still talking about it nearly two weeks later! The venue is fully accessible and had space for quiet areas for those with neurodiversities. Everything went so well and we couldn't of wished for a more perfect day.

The place is absolutely gorgeous, the staff were brilliant our day went smoothly. The surroundings are lovely we kept our decorations minimalist, you can't beat nature.

Thank you to the whole of your team for helping to make our day wonderful. Everyone was helpful, friendly and committed to their work. The food and cocktails were delicious, our guests were very impressed. We had the wedding of our dreams and it is largely due to the hard work of your team, so thank you again for everything!

Everyone commented on what a great venue Hothorpe is. We were told by alot of people that it was the best wedding breakfast they had ever had! Also all the staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and the whole day went so smoothly. All the waiting staff were so professional and blended in the background but were also there when we needed them which was fantastic. All the little things made our day run so smoothly and meant we didn't worry about anything.

Aimee and the whole team at the Woodlands were incredible! They made everything just so easy. Absolute pros! They recommended amazing suppliers for the day which all had only great things to say about the woodlands, the tree house was beautiful only wish we had longer! And one thing I really loved was after me and Matt had walked back up the aisle Aimee had our drink of choice waiting for us! Honestly couldn’t of made things easier or more special! Beautiful venue

We had our wedding at Hothorpe in August. It is the most unique, beautiful and whimsical place to get married and we had the most wonderful day. The woodlands area is lit with twinkle lights and provides the most magical place to walk down the aisle. We loved the fact that everything was so close by, from the reception and wedding breakfast area, to the cozy lodges just across the grass area. Can’t recommend enough and if we could do it again - we would.

We chose The Woodlands due to our wishes to have our dog with us on the day. What we got was far more than expected though. The team were with us every step of the way and helped in any way they could. I'd strongly recommend visiting on of the open days and you'll be blown away, every time we visited it was more spectacular than the last time. Every one of our guests spoke so highly of the venue, it's setting, the staff and the food.

Thank you so much for everything you did for us and our wedding - it truly was the best day! We are genuinely so grateful to the team for going above and beyond to help make the day what it was. We were so impressed with how friendly, helpful and communicative the whole team were - a testament to the management and organisation. We are now just hoping someone we know chooses the venue so we can come back sometime!

Our wedding was incredible and that was largely down to the team at Hothorpe.
