You’ll find The Hall Barns located on the stunning grounds of Leicestershire’s Prestwold Estate – meaning we’ve got a cracking location, as well as some beaut interiors for your celebration. We’ve carefully renovated our 19th century barn to create an Insta-worthy, Leicestershire wedding venue with nothing but good vibes and plenty of quirks. Your wedding should be a unique and personal experience, so with us you can throw the rule book out the window. We’ll be as chilled as you like – bring your doggo, add a gin bar, bring in a 10-piece band, do whatever makes you happy. The Hall Barns is an exclusive-use venue, so you have the whole day to celebrate as if you own the place. If you’re massive foodies like us, you’re in the best hands with our team of chefs – after all, is it even a top-notch celebration without some delicious nosh and a brilliantly helpful and friendly team to look after your every need? At The Hall Barns we offer everything from a chilled-out sit-down meal to cool street food – let us know your dream wedding menu and we’ll help bring it to life. When you’ve torn up the dancefloor and you’re ready to kick off those heels, you can stay in our campsite, complete with festival inspired glamping pods – we even have an epic Newlyweds Suite – or our Laundry Cottage, which sleeps up to eight, just 30 seconds from the gates. The team at The Hall Barns put in so much planning, time and attention to make our day run as seamless as possible. There was no stress for us in the days before and on the day of the wedding as we could trust that the team had everything in hand. They will truly go above and beyond to make sure you have the most memorable day and to bring your vision to life. We would like to give a special thanks to Lucy and Oli who worked their magic to make our wedding day everything we imagined! The whole weekend was an absolute dream, from Friday evening with my bridal party at the beautiful Laundry Cottage, to the big day itself which flowed without a hitch, glamping on the Saturday night and much needed breakfast baps on the Sunday. We are so happy we chose The Hall Barns! We just wish we could experience it all over again. Rosie & Oliver were fantastic from start to finish, always easy to get hold, nothing was ever too much to ask. A special thank you to Oliver who when we first met was an Apprentice and he was absolutely fantastic on the day, several people commented on how amazing he was. If you are thinking of booking The Hall Barns for your wedding, do it, you will not regret it! We first saw The Hall Barns on social media and fell in love with it... Rosie & Oliver were fantastic from start to finish, always easy to get hold, nothing was ever too much to ask. I was lucky enough to be at the Matt and Mollie 05/05/24. Everything about the day was simply perfect. The venue and surroundings was superb. The glamping teepee was great, although maybe a little chilly when going to bed at 1am in the morning in early May! The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. The venue was able to cater for for all with live music and a dance floor that was constantly in use Hi, I wanted to leave a review of how excellent this venue is for a wedding. What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Personalised collars! If you're bringing your pup along for the day, they deserve a little summin' summin' too, so why not get a personalised collar with your wedding date embroidered!

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
We're landscaping a charming old walk through our woodland that will be full of incredible photo spots. If the typical English weather doesn't play ball, than our covered Crewyard will still give your photos that outdoor vibe without compromising your gorgeous hair or makeup!
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We thought you weren't supposed to kiss and tell?
What’s your favourite canapé?
A question that could start an office debate! So we're a tad bias but they're all to die for, how are we supposed to chose? Each of our couples will experience our Head Chef's culinary masterpieces at our tasting events. Marc will carefully create a tasting menu which makes those all important food and bevvie choices a little easier.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Without a doubt our charcuterie boards, which are prepared, cured and aged at the Hall larders. Throw in bit of Prestwold sourdough bread, home cultured butter, beef dripping candle and you've bagged yourself a 10/10 midnight treat right there folks.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Its quirky features and unique history.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
This one has to go to our team of peeps, who're just awesome all the time! They've been doing incredible things at the neighbours (Prestwold Hall) for the past 30 years, now taking on a new venue renovation like it's a piece of cake. Watch this space!
