Pimhill Barn is a beautifully restored 16th-century oak-framed barn set on a family-run organic farm, offering couples a historic, character-rich backdrop with exposed beams, rustic charm, and natural elegance. As a truly flexible, DIY-friendly venue, it allows couples to choose their own suppliers and style the space exactly as they imagine, whether they prefer a minimalist rustic look, boho florals, or a refined countryside aesthetic. With spacious indoor–outdoor flow, including a picturesque courtyard and woodland areas ideal for photos and drinks receptions, the barn comfortably hosts both ceremonies and receptions in one place. As a family-run venue, Pimhill provides a warm, personal experience with support from a knowledgeable team who genuinely care about making each celebration unique—creating a stunning blank canvas that remains deeply rooted in natural beauty and heritage.

Name of Wedding Contact: Becky
Myself and my husband fell in love with Pimhill back in 2019 when we hosted our own wedding at the venue. Fast forward to 2025 and we had the opportunity to take on this beautiful venue. We wanted to continue with the same ethos, offering a three day 'tenancy' so couples can move in, make it their own and feel completely at home in the Barn and it's grounds.

We feel really blessed to have found such an amazing setting to get married. Sophie, Fae and the team were really welcoming and supportive throughout the whole booking, planning and day. We almost had to postpone last minute and the compassion that you showed us really touched my heart. I won’t forget how kind you were to us. I cannot recommend Pimhill highly enough as both a beautiful place to get married and the team behind the barn. Thank you 😊Pimhill Barn and surroundings are beautiful. The venue and surroundings themselves are stunning and provide such an incredible blank canvas to decorate exactly how you want! Everyone there was so friendly, helpful and really helped to make our day go as smoothly as possible. We loved that we could have our wedding just how we wanted it! We also used suppliers from their list of recommended ones which helped massively. Definitely recommend!!We had our wedding on Wednesday at Pimhill Barn. The thing we really loved about the venue was having the whole site for the entire weekend of our wedding. We were able to set up on the Friday and then have breakfast on the Sunday morning after the wedding. The courthouse is absolutely stunning and tucked away out of sight at the venue. We used this space for the brides party on the Friday night and then stayed there together on the night of our wedding. The house has everything you could possibly want or need. The barn itself inside is breathtakingly beautiful and didn’t need need much at all to dress it to perfection. The courtyard outside is extensive and you could have any vendors you wanted to fill the space. We went for a tipi, photo van and crepe van which looked amazing on the day! Our caterers described the kitchen as a dream and worked happily in there all day. The venue also had a spare room which we used as a space for our older relatives to break away and have a hot drink! It really was perfect in every way! The owners are so lovely and accommodating to you every need. They were also to hand if needed but not at all intrusive! We had the most perfect day and would 100% recommend this venue to anyone! There is lots of space to choose to use how you wish, and options depending on the weather! Fae, Sophie, and Charlie were fantastic from the first viewing, ready to answer any questions. The large open spaces are great for an outdoor wedding with young families and picnic style catering, garden games and ice cream, pancakes, waffles. As well as the beautiful onsite accommodation for the bride and groom and use of the private gardens for photos. Can't thank them enough. Our day was perfect for us, and all our guests commented on the lovely surroundings and the band enjoyed the acoustics of the barn. If you are looking for the perfect venue to host your wedding look no further than Pimhill Barn. Fae, Sophie, and Charlie were fantastic from the first viewing, ready to answer any questions. The venue itself is beautiful, so tasteful and classic and great to be able to put your own touches on it, we loved decorating and couldn't believe how it looked! Plenty of room for 105 guests. Ginny and Sophie were really helpful in the planning and always respond with helpful answers. The courthouse is also a great place to get ready and stay the night before and after, it was very relaxing to already be at the venue. We loved being able to decorate it exactly how we wanted, it made our wedding so much more personal. The space worked perfectly for our ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening event and really felt like 3 different venues despite being in the same place! The team at Pimhill were a dream to work with. They knew the answer to all of my questions (and never got annoyed at how many I asked), were unbelievably reassuring both on the day and during planning and were professional and friendly throughout. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Pimhill is an utterly beautiful venue. We loved being able to decorate it exactly how we wanted, it made our wedding so much more personal. What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A wonderful couple made individual Lego models of each of their guests which we absolutely loved. We've also had a couple bring their boat to sit in front of the barn, with ample space both indoor and out, couples are really able to make the day unique to them.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
We have lots of picturesque nooks and crannies in our beautiful gardens, including a sandstone arch, treehouse and wild flower meadow.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We are protecting their privacy!
What’s your favourite canapé?
Pimhill oatcakes topped with camembert and peach.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Knowing our happy couples are still enjoying their special day, with a license until 1am, there's no need to finish early!
What is your venue's most unique feature?
When our barn was built Shakespeare was 20 years old! It has a depth of history.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
The fact that we genuinely care and want each event to be a huge success for all our couples.
