From start to finish. The staff were on top of everything. My wife is a real stickler for perfection and works within hospitality management. So her standard's are very hard to meet. At no point was there ever an issue. Nothing was too much effort. They were a step ahead at every turn.

We had a small (intimate) wedding but from the first phone call we were made to feel like the most important customer of the year. I didn't have to think of anything, Chrissie guided and advised me all the way, she thought of everything and created a day for us that was without doubt the best day of our lives.

Incredible and lovely people who were so helpful in the wedding process. They helped me and my wife feel at ease and it was so stress free and smooth on the day. The accommodation rooms are fantastic with breath taking views and kept at a good standard. Highly recommend this supplier to anyone looking to get married at a beautiful location.

Chrissie and the team at Pentillie are absolutely incredible in so many ways. From the first day that we met Chrissie, she ensured that she knew exactly what we wanted from our wedding and went above and beyond to make it incredibly unique. The grounds are out of this world and the house is pristinely kept. Pentillie and Chrissie are both hidden gems in the beautiful Cornish countryside.

The venue and the staff were incredible, location was absolutely beautiful and quiet; in our own little world. All staff on the day kept checking in and seeing if we were ok, providing us with refreshments and food for my nerves and taking the time away from their job, to see that I'm ok. Communication was to the highest standard, over the course of visiting & booking the venue; we were in constant communication and they went above and beyond to support us, made the whole experience smooth sailing

The venue and grounds were inimitable. The needs of the bride and groom were paramount and no request was too large. From the first time we met Chrissie and the team it was clear they get real enjoyment from bringing couples dreams into fruition. The exclusive venue represented remarkable value. Virtual tours and clear regular communication made remote wedding planning a breeze. Our wedding was better than we could have ever hoped, it was stratosphere’s better than any other venue we viewed.

Leading up to our wedding day, Chrissie was always in contact making sure we had everything set the way we wanted it, the build up to the wedding and on the big day, Chrissie and the team went above and beyond for us, nothing was ever too much trouble. Pentillie made our dreams come true.

Pentillie Castle & Estate is a stunning venue, lovingly curated by its staff, but unlike other country-house venues, Pentillie feels like a home-from-home and the team working there feel like extended family. This can't be faked or manufactured. It reflects the big-hearted ethos of the staff and the flexible, thoughtful ways in which they took care of us. We had full confidence that our wedding meant as much to them as it did to us and our families, and the weekend itself proved that.

A simple, classy wedding ceremony at the most beautiful venue I’ve seen. Setting lends itself to a very romantic, rustic ambiance. Staff were so professional and helpful, putting myself and my new husband at ease on the day and ensuring the event went to plan.

Pentillie is absolutely breath-taking; inside and outside the venue is presented to the highest of standards and was loved by all our guests who attended.
