The feedback about the venue has been amazing from my guests. such a lovely place with amazing views and gorgeous art everywhere . I would have my anniversary there every year if I could afford it. We have worked there many times as a supplier and have found both the facilities and the people who run the Palais simply wonderful. The art gallery is absolutely beautiful it’s light and airy featuring many local artists their work is exceptional. This makes the venue such a great space to hold an event . Safe spaces to suit all guests. We were able to easily host 120 guests, incorporating both a beautiful area to dine, an area to dance & an equally beautiful outdoor space, without having to juggle!! The day just flowed. Our hosts were so generous & helpful, there wasn't a request they weren't willing to discuss. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
As a DIY venue and with all our weddings being so different it would be impossible to pick a best or favourite. We love all our weddings for their uniqueness and individuality which in our opinion is the most important factor.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Try not to stress about your wedding and overthink it. You deserve to enjoy your big day every step of the way, through your planning stages to the big day itself. For that reason it is important to relax, accept help and enjoy every special moment. Don't forget we are here to help too!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Why not think outside the box and use personalised table names rather than numbers?
Whether its your favourite holiday destinations, pets names, places you've lived, favourite flowers or family names, you really can make this part of your wedding fun and personal to you both. We have seen it all, from different sharks types to farm animal pets names. Why not include photos too?

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
This is a difficult one as there are so many, at Palais you really are spoilt for choice. However, walking through the Butterfly Meadow, down to the Beaulieu River and overlooking The Solent, has to be up there in one of the top spots!
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Sadly not yet but we are ever hopeful we will in the future.
What’s your favourite canapé?
Who doesn't love a canape? We have seen so many options from the variety of caterers we have had work at Palais, it's tricky to whittle this answer down to one. As the events manager give me a mini burger any day!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?

What is your venue's most unique feature?
This is easy to answer. Being an art gallery, Palais des Vaches has ever changing artwork on the walls as well as a mix of sculptures around the grounds. Knowing your wedding is unlikely to look the same as anyone else's, this has to be Palais's unique feature that can make your wedding stand out from the crowd.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Palais des Vaches was lovingly restored by the owners through the Covid pandemic and lockdowns. From an old milking parlour, derelict goat pen and long abandoned buildings to the beautiful venue we are now extremely proud of and delighted to be able to share with you on your big day.
