Set within beautifully styled, fully heated stretch tents, the Nordic Nights pop-up venue offers a warm and atmospheric setting for Winter weddings. Already fully furnished with furniture, bars, lighting, heating, dancefloor, staging and beautiful décor, Nordic Nights gives you the look and feel of a bespoke marquee build, with the freedom to add your own personal touches. The flexible layout also allows the space to be tailored to your day and guest numbers, whether you’re planning an intimate celebration for 90, or a larger wedding reception for 360!
With a dedicated events team on hand, Nordic Nights is perfect for couples looking for a distinctive, relaxed and beautifully curated wedding celebration. They are known for their thoughtful service, attention to detail and genuinely collaborative approach.
Their team brings years of experience delivering large scale, high quality events, so you can trust that everything from the flow of the day to the finer details is handled with care and confidence. The result is a wedding that feels personal, seamless and full of moments your guests will talk about long after the night ends.
Catering and entertainment can be provided as part of your booking, or you’re welcome to bring in your own trusted suppliers.
SHOWAROUNDS:
As a pop up venue, Nordic Nights is built from late November to mid December. During this time, we welcome couples for in person showarounds so you can see the space fully dressed and experience the atmosphere.
Outside of these dates, we offer a 360° virtual tour with a call to talk you through each area and answer any questions you may have. We can also share open days at other venues where our stretch tents are set up, so you still have the chance to view the structures in person.

There is so much space that you can have a different area for your ceremony, drinks and then evening reception. The attention to detail is phenomenal from rustic rugs to fairy lights and candles, it needs very little (if any) additional dressing. The team are also super friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure your celebration runs as smoothly as possible. At Nordic nights they catered for our every need, one member of our party was not able to get there until late and they went above and beyond to look after him and get his food to him as soon as he arrived! Nordic Nights is perfect for couples who want a winter wedding that feels warm, atmospheric and a little different. It suits relaxed, stylish celebrations with personality, whether that’s an intimate gathering or a big party.
Where is Nordic Nights located?
We’re based in Bramhope, just outside Leeds, in a beautiful countryside setting that’s easy to reach from across Yorkshire.
What time of year is Nordic Nights available for weddings?
Nordic Nights comes to life in November and December, making it ideal for winter weddings and festive celebrations.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We can host weddings from around 100 guests up to approximately 350, depending on layout. The venue is very flexible and can be made cosy by shutting off different areas, no matter your guest numbers.
Is the venue heated?
Yes, the venue is fully heated, so even in the depths of winter it stays warm, cosy and comfortable for you and your guests.
What is included with the venue hire?
Your hire includes the stretch tent structure, event staff, bars & bar staff, heating, flooring, lighting, furniture, toilets and power. Everything is already in place so you don’t have the stress or cost of building a temporary venue from scratch.
Catering and Entertainment are then optional extras.
Can we make the space our own?
Absolutely. The layout is flexible and we work with you to shape the space around your day. You can also add your own styling if you wish!
Can we choose our own suppliers?
We work with quality, extremely well vetted and trusted local suppliers for catering, entertainment and more, but we’re also happy to discuss your own choices if you have people you love working with.
Do you host ceremonies as well as receptions?
Yes, we can host small ceremonies and large receptions, allowing your whole day to take place in one beautiful winter setting.
Do bear in mind that we don't yet have the capacity for a legal ceremony, so that would need to be done beforehand.
