We’re licensed for civil ceremonies and offer a range of distinctive spaces where you can say “I do.”
- The Victorian Art Gallery: Say your vows surrounded by masterpieces from artists like Turner and Degas. This grand hall features excellent acoustics, a modern audiovisual system, a hearing loop, and can host up to 180 guests. For a timeless touch, you can also hire a beautiful Steinway grand piano.
- The Dinosaur Gallery: For a fun and unforgettable ceremony, consider our dinosaur and fossil gallery. It’s a quirky setting that delights guests of all ages and accommodates up to 60 people.
- The Lord Mayor’s Room: This elegant, intimate space is ideal for smaller ceremonies of up to 80 guests or a charming drinks reception.
Celebrate Your Way
After your ceremony, enjoy a toast with your guests in the Lord Mayor’s Room or the adjoining Parlour. We want your day to feel personal and stress-free, so we allow external catering and don’t charge corkage fees if you bring your own drinks. Our experienced team will support you every step of the way to make sure your wedding runs smoothly and is truly special.

I also attended my aunts wedding here and they were lovely and very helpful, beautiful venue. I definitely recommend. It's free so that is great too.
