Mario was very helpful and attentive on the evening and the service we recieved was excellent. Please also pass on my thanks to James (our barman) who also provided an excellent service. All the guests complimented the food and we all had a great time. And last but not least thank you to you and Melissa for all your help and support leading up to the party, especially following the year we have all had and all the changes as a result. I have found Needham House to be very accomodating and understanding throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Needham House as a venue for a celebration. Their amazing communication the week before making sure they had every detail in order was exceptional. Our day was perfect at all times, we knew what we were doing and where were were going. Nothing was too small for Rhys on our day. Even got the Chef to cook our son a plain burger as he wasn't interested in what food we had. I fully recommend Needham House for weddings, events, or even just to stay the night. The team there are amazing and understood our every need and catered to all of them.We would like to thank Rhys and Elliot at Needham House. Hayley’s suggestions help support and advice was amazing, and we couldn't have done it without her. Thank her for checking in with us throughout the day to check everything was ok. As for Rhys he was just simply amazing...... without his direction during the day we would have been lost. He came up and collected the wedding party from my room, gave my girls and sister direction of when they needed to walk in, took control of the reception regarding welcoming us in and speeches and was just a great guy to be in charge..... plus, he has moves like Jagger lol. He came and checked on us and made sure we were ok which was so reassuring. Hayley & Rhys are an amazing credit to Needham House and we sincerely thank them both (as well as everyone else who helped that day) from the bottom of our hearts for absolutely everything they did to make our day so special. A man of all talents within his role and a real credit to the team there at Needham House You accommodated a very last min request and understood the importance of this day not only being for us but the very sentimental and important reason for us visiting you in the first place. Allowing us all 3 rooms everyone commented how lovely that felt. The cleanliness of everything and your set up for the whole day in the first place. We thought we were going to miss out on the 'perfect' day when he had our news and we had to leave behind our initial arrangements. I can hand on heart tell you that you provided a day beyond perfect for us a treated us as you would a huge wedding party with a much higher spend. We know it now to be the biggest blessing to us to have had the Needham House team behind us before and during our special day Thank you for listening to our wants and exceeding all expectations.
