Mill House Hotel

We wanted a day which was perfect and honestly the Mill House exceeded our wishes. They went above and beyond to give my husband and I a day to remember. The staff were kind, caring and couldn’t do enough for us. From the moment we booked communication was clear and every meeting was about ensuring our vision, from the moment I arrived the day before the wedding to the day after, nothing was too much. The ceremony and music was seamless. They had my phone with a playlist that they then played during the ceremony. They ensured we were fed, we had drinks they looked after us, and our guests. Honestly if we could afford to we would do it again tomorrow. It is massively reasonably priced. The food was absolutely to die for! If possible even better than the taster we had, had. Everything was seamless. Perfect.

We got married NYE at the Mill House Hotel in Swollowfield. With exclusive use of the beautiful grounds, house and marquee it was the perfect choice for us. The staff there were very efficient leading up our wedding taking care of our needs and wants. On the day nothing was too much trouble! They had a positive calming attitude and everything went well. The food was just as amazing as the service. We got stunning photos outside in the pavilion, by the lake, in the fields as well as inside the house and marquee. We loved every moment of our day and so did all our guests. Breakfast in the morning was well received by all our guests who stayed with us at the venue. A wonderful day we will always remember and cherish! Thank you Mill House Team!

We celebrated our wedding at The Mill House Hotel on 21st September 2024, and all we can say is WOW. From start to finish, the team at The Mill House exceeded every expectation, making the entire process seamless. I honestly wish we could relive the day all over again! From the initial planning meetings to the menu tasting and the flawless coordination, their attention to detail was nothing short of extraordinary. We were fortunate enough to set up the marquee the day before, and The Mill House took care of coordinating with all the vendors. No request was ever too much—everyone was incredibly accommodating. The food was absolutely spectacular, with guests still raving about it weeks after the event! The accommodation and breakfast were equally impressive, rounding off an unforgettable experience. Thanks to The Mill House, our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. If you're planning a wedding, look no further! The beautifully maintained grounds, the fully customizable marquee (as you can see from our photo!), and their outstanding vendor recommendations made everything perfect. My daughter and her husband Dave have just celebrated their wedding at The Mill House. It is a perfect venue. The hotel itself is lovely, beautiful accommodation, pretty garden and a lovely marquee. The food was tasty and very well presented. Nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. Mark is a real star and was our Master of Ceremonies, keeping everything and everyone organised. I would recommend this venue, you really can't go wrong!

Mark, Kim, Emma and team were simply amazing. They are experts in their field and ensure your day will run fabulously. We opted for a winter wedding and couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

We had a beautiful, small and intimate weekend long wedding celebration at this venue and it was absolutely perfect! The team could not be more helpful in the planning and did a wonderful job over the whole weekend of making us feel looked after and special! Our guests absolutely loved it and could not praise the staff, food, service and venue enough! This is a special place for a special day!

We have been a supplier for venue decor to this beautiful privatly owned hotel for a number of years now and is one of our favorite venues to work alongside. The team are always friendly and approachable and we get looked after well. Beautiful grounds to have a wedding. Highly recommended.
