Easthampstead Park is a wedding venue in Wokingham, Berkshire, England. This Grade II listed Victorian mansion is set amidst 80 acres of exquisite grounds and parklands, featuring picturesque gardens and fountains. The venue is approached by a beautiful tree-lined drive, half a mile in length, and its striking Jacobean-style architecture is sure to delight and impress your photographer and guests. Facilities and Capacity Easthampstead Park is licensed for civil ceremonies, and the venue comprises both indoor and outdoor event spaces. Outdoor ceremonies can be held in the lovely pavilion area, after which you and your guests can adjourn to the stately Downshire room. The Downshire features traditional wood floors, velvet drapes, high ceilings, and fine chandeliers, and it can accommodate wedding breakfasts for up to 110 guests and evening receptions for up to 200. You can also choose to enjoy a barbeque on the terrace, accompanied by a brilliant fireworks display. On-site accommodation is available for overnight guests. The venue has 93 well-appointed en-suite bedrooms, as well as a luxurious honeymoon suite. We introduce you to The King Suite for larger weddings. The King Suite is a brand new spacious steel structured venue within Easthampstead Park’s grounds that can seat up to 480 people, providing guests with a perfect storyboard setting along with breathtaking views of the hotel and landscaped gardens. We allow you to book our venue on a dry-hire basis. That way you can have whatever authentic and traditional food and drinks you desire. My partner and I were first recommended Easthampstead Park by my mum when we began planning our wedding, and from the moment we arrived for our first appointment, we fell in love with the venue. The picturesque drive up to the Manor House was breathtaking, and we knew almost immediately that it was somewhere special. We met the lovely Lily, who was so kind, patient and welcoming. She showed us around the venue, answered all our questions and made us feel completely at ease. She was genuinely lovely to talk to, and we loved the venue so much that we booked our wedding date before we even left! In the lead-up to our wedding, Lily and her team were absolutely amazing, and we honestly cannot praise them enough. They truly wanted our day to be as special as possible and went above and beyond to make sure everything we wanted came together. Lily was always available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small, and made the entire wedding-planning process feel easy and stress-free. She thought of every last detail and even suggested lovely additions we hadn’t considered, such as lawn games and music, which helped make our day even more special. Everything was taken care of, from the bridal suite and makeup room to the DJ and photobooth, and it was clear how much thought and care had gone into making our day perfect. On the day itself, we had the lovely Hannah looking after us, and she was wonderful to work with. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and everything came together beautifully to give us the unforgettable day we had always hoped for. We had the most amazing Christmas wedding at Easthampstead Park Hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. The hotel looked absolutely stunning with all the Christmas decorations, especially the big Christmas tree outside and the one inside by the stairwell. It really created such a magical atmosphere and made the whole day feel even more special. From start to finish, everything was run so professionally, which took so much pressure off us and meant we could actually relax and enjoy our wedding. The staff were amazing and so attentive throughout the whole day. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and everything just seemed to happen exactly when it needed to. The room reveal was exactly how we had imagined it and everything was set up just as we had directed. We were also able to store our things at the hotel before and after the wedding, which made such a difference and meant the whole weekend felt so much more relaxed rather than us having to worry about transporting everything around. A lovely unexpected bonus was the breakfast they put on in a private room for all our family and friends who stayed over. It was such a thoughtful touch and a really lovely way to finish the weekend together. We also have to give a very special mention to Lili. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was so reassuring, incredibly helpful and somehow managed to answer our million and one questions without ever making us feel like we were being a pain! Having someone like her there made such a difference and gave us so much confidence that everything was in safe hands. From first enquiring, all the way up until the day after the wedding Liliana looked after us and nothing was ever too much to ask and no question was too silly! The support we received throughout the whole planning process from the team at Easthampstead Park was phenomenal and they made us feel so comfortable and like our day was just as important to them as it was to us. The menu tasting allowed us to slightly personalise the meal choices to what we liked and we were also able to theme our cocktail hour after our cats. The great thing about Easthampstead Park is having someone like Liliana as we had regular catch ups throughout the planning process and she contributed ideas with her expertise and knowledge that made our day so seamless and that much more special.Easthampstead Park is an absolutely stunning venue and that’s what captured our attention to go and have a look on one of their open days in October. From the first time we visited the venue and met Lili, we were made to feel so welcome and knew straight away that it was the venue for us. Every room is absolutely beautiful, and the grounds are simply gorgeous. In the lead-up to our wedding, we had several meetings /catch-ups with Lili, which were incredibly helpful in keeping us on track with all the planning. Lili went above and beyond throughout the entire process and is such an incredible asset to the venue. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we had complete confidence that she and the team would make sure everything ran smoothly — and it absolutely did! All of the staff were so kind, helpful and attentive. We have the most amazing memories of our wedding weekend and genuinely couldn’t have wished for a more perfect venue or team to celebrate with. Easthampstead Park was our absolute dream wedding venue. From start to finish, everything was brilliant. The venue itself was beautiful, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to Lili, our wedding coordinator, who was absolutely amazing. She helped with every little detail and made the entire planning process and our wedding day feel completely seamless. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly can’t thank her enough. She also coordinated everything with our vendors on the day (before too!), ensuring everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. Because of her organisation, there wasn’t a single issue on the day, and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment. On the day, there was also an Asian wedding taking place in the King Suite. Naturally, we were a little concerned beforehand, especially as we were having a large wedding ourselves. However, Lili completely reassured us that everything would run smoothly, and she was absolutely right. There was no mix-up of guests whatsoever, everything was perfectly organised, and both weddings ran seamlessly. It was a real testament to how well the team manages multiple events. The food was exceptional also. The chef took the time to talk us through our menu choices during our menu tasting, and we really appreciated being able to make a few changes to personalise the menu. Everything was beautifully prepared and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food. We also loved being able to create our own personalised cocktail hour, which made the day feel even more unique and special to us. We’d also like to give a special shout-out to Matt, the bar manager, who did a fantastic job looking after our very big Irish-influenced wedding! He and the team kept everything running smoothly, and our guests had an incredible time. Thank you so much to everyone at Easthampstead Park for making our day so special. We had our dream wedding at Easthampstead Park on 19th June 2026, and it’s safe to say it was the best day of our lives! From the moment we stepped into Easthampstead Park, we knew it was the venue for us. From the stunning stained-glass window to the beautiful Hall Room, it completely took our breath away. We were looked after by Liliana, who was absolutely fantastic. There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do to make sure our wedding day ran smoothly. Our monthly catch-ups were so detailed and kept us on track throughout the entire planning process. Even during our final meeting before the big day, she made sure everything was organised for us, from the room we had booked for the night before right through to the very end of the evening. Everything was perfect. The wedding day itself couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Although I was slightly late walking down the aisle, Lili never rushed me and didn’t tell me the time so I wouldn’t panic! She was a ray of sunshine and made everything feel so much easier. All of the staff were incredible, from the drinks reception and dinner service to the bar staff. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helped make our day even more special. Easthampstead park was our dream venue and we are so pleased we found it! It’s an absolute dream location and fantastic place for a wedding! We couldn’t be happier with how our day went the staff there are amazing and go above and beyond and nothing is to much trouble. From start to finish we had a fantastic experience! Lili is an absolute star and made our whole experience so brilliant and we wish we could do it all again!! Also the food is 10/10 and will definitely be back for a stay and some dinner! Easthampstead park was our dream venue and we are so pleased we found it! It’s an absolute dream location and fantastic place for a wedding!
