Middleport Pottery as a venue was perfect for us. We knew we wanted a relaxed day. With interesting things on all the walls, and history all around it was just the perfect, quirky, and amazing venue for us. All the staff were so lovely, anyone I saw said congratulations and couldn't have been more welcoming. Basically we can't tell you how perfect of a day we had. We also can't thank you enough, but thank you!!!

We absolutely love running the bar for weddings at Middleport Pottery as it is such a unique venue with its history and vintage charm. It's always great to see how couples use, what is already a very distinctive space to make it their own by adding their own personal touches. When the weather allows it's great to be able to serve post ceremony drinks outside in the courtyard by the bottle oven and the canal. Middleport Pottery is truly a special venue.

Thank you so much for everything , everyone said the venue was amazing and some of the guests went back for breakfast the next morning . All of the staff were amazing and made our day so special I can’t thank you all enough , I just can’t believe it is done now the day went by so quickly . Our wedding day feels like so long ago now but looking through the pictures it feels like yesterday again! What a brilliant day we had and I can't thank you enough for all of your help!

We didn’t want a ‘conventional’ wedding venue and knew from the first visit to Middleport Pottery that this would be the perfect setting for our special day. Within the back drop of the heritage site, each of the spaces available for use has a unique charm. With welcome drinks in the Davenport Gallery, ceremony in the Burgess Room and evening party in the Regal Peacock we certainly made the most of the venue. And not forgetting our grand entrance out of the Bottle Kiln onto the canal side courtyard or the fantastic photographs taken along Port Street. From the initial meeting to the big day itself, Sarah was on hand to answer our questions, give us a nudge about what needed to be arranged and by when but most importantly, to ensure everything on the day ran to plan. We couldn’t have done it without her guidance! Nothing was too much trouble for the Middleport team and for that we can’t thank them enough. We had the BEST day and just wish we could live it all over again!

When we initially visited Middleport we fell in love with the truly unique setting and from that moment on we put our trust in you to help us organise the perfect day… and so you did. We cannot thank you and your team enough for the hard work that you put in both in the run up and on the day itself to ensure. Matt and myself had the most amazing, memorable and incredibly special day and thanks to you and your team, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing.

Thank you for all the hard work and support you gave us before, and on the wedding day ! You made the day so special and if you can pass on our thanks to the rest of your team also, as everyone was so helpful and made the day run so smoothly.
