Mickleton Hills Farm is tucked away in the heart of The Cotswolds, offering a unique, personal and relaxed experience, exactly the way your wedding should be. Every wedding we host is given the gift of time and flexibility. Arrive the day before your nuptials to watch your vision come to life and stay in our luxury cottages for a truly authentic Cotswold experience. Wake up at the venue where you can take preparations into our Getting Ready Room, the perfect place to be pampered with hair and makeup and take those final photos before heading down the aisle.
We know that every wedding day is individual and enjoy nothing more than celebrating love. With space for 150 guests, you can celebrate with the all people that matter most to you.
The Space
Our 18th Century Grain Barn sets the scene for your ceremony, this space is licensed for Civil Ceremonies and welcomes Celebrant led ceremonies, giving you the option to make the day your own. We are lucky to have several beautiful countryside Churches nearby if you would prefer. Lit beautifully by custom lighting and boasting huge windows allowing sunlight to stream through, your photos will look stunning. Our in house Yamaha sound system can play your choice of music or enjoy live music from our Baby Grand Piano as you walk down the aisle.
After your ceremony, the Mickleton Hills Farm Team are on hand to serve you and your guests with drinks, whilst you soak up the first moments as a married couple in our beautifully manicured grounds, take photos with loved ones and perhaps some confetti too! We know that pets are part of the family too so we welcome four legged friends to join the celebrations during your drinks reception.
The honey-stoned oak framed Dining Barn is the ideal space to enjoy your Wedding Breakfast and with our high-spec commercial kitchen you have the ultimate flexibility to choose catering that serves your desires. Seamlessly connected to our Grain Barn, you and your guests can choose to get the party started with your choice of live music or a DJ and dance the night away and with our adaptable lighting system, the Party Barn certainly fits the vibe.
The Sip
We pride ourselves on supporting local businesses which you can see on our carefully curated bar menu. Our bar team will ensure seamless service of premium drinks all night long.
Every couple is invited to enjoy an evening of wine tasting led by local wine merchants, allowing you to customise the drinks for your day. Choose from premium wines, local drinks and cocktails to compliment your day.
The Stay
Retire to The Wool Store, your Honeymoon Suite for the duration of your stay with us whilst your friends and family can return to Shepherd's Snug, Lamb's Lodge and Ewe Cottage or head off to the plentiful local accommodation options off-site. As we are lucky enough to be nestled in The Cotswolds, we are surrounded by lots of tourist towns and villages with lovely accommodation options, Chipping Camden, Mickleton, Stratford-upon-Avon, Illmington and Broadway all boast options to suit everyone.
The Style
All of our weddings are on a 3-day hire basis, for the venue hire you pay, the venue is yours from the Friday to the Sunday. We give you the gift of time so you don't have to worry about rushing around on the morning of your wedding or packing up at the end of the night and most importantly, it will only you and your guests on site for total privacy.
We pride ourselves on celebrating the beauty of every single wedding. If you are looking for a relaxed, garden party, country side wedding with a team that will prioritise your experience, you have found the right place! We only host one wedding a week and your exclusive use of the venue is our utmost priority, the space is yours from the moment you arrive until our last goodbyes.

Our wedding was in Sept 2021 but we had been planning it with them for 2 years. Sammy and David helped us whenever we wanted in the run up, we found them always available to answer questions. From the first postponement to the actual day Sammy and David were so welcoming and professional the whole way along, keeping us up to date and informed. It was so lovely to see how invested the venue were in making our day exactly how we imagined it and they were so flexible with everything we’d asked for. Wow what an amazing venue!! Following the lockdowns and restrictions of the global pandemic it was great to be out again and what a stunnig location in which to enjoy our new freedoms. In an unassuming, tucked away location, down a narrow country lane, once you arrive on site you are in for a visual treat. The farm has been rennovated into a luxury event venue and is perfect for a medium sized (approx 100 guests) wedding. The hosts, David and Sammy are lovely people.Attended a brilliant wedding here in August 2021. Following the lockdowns and restrictions of the global pandemic it was great to be out again and what a stunnig location in which to enjoy our new freedoms. We cannot thank the venue enough for how helpful they have been as our plans continually changed due to the pandemic. David and Sammy were the absolute best and were super supportive throughout.
