It's your exclusively for the day. The neutrally decorated barn is a blank canvas for your chosen theme, colour or style, encouraging you to put your own stamp on the space for the perfect, personal occasion. The Barn is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships with space to accommodate 150 seated guests for the day and up to 200 for the evening reception.
You can enjoy getting ready ahead of the big day in our Dressing room, making the most of the gorgeous views. The venue has its own bar, reception area and south facing terrace which boasts spectacular views across the picturesque valley. The stunning scenery is a photographer’s dream and guarantees you beautiful results for your treasured wedding photos. Special moments can be captured on the terrace against the backdrop of the gorgeous rolling hills or in the idyllic Rose Garden or around one tree hill gardens. We offer a barn hire option or a choice of 2 all inclusive options including food & more.
If Candlelit Weddings are your vibe, then reach out as its the perfect season to cosy up in our barn with all the twinkly lights. For a more relaxed feel the Wild Rose option might suit you midweek. Our packages start from £6950 for 50 guests. You can choose one of our fantastic approved caterers for your delicious wedding breakfast with a huge range of menus and styles. There is no corkage charge at the venue, so design your perfect drinks to complement your dishes.
When the day comes to an end, retreat back to your Unique treehouse and up to 50 of your guests can crash onsite in a range of uniquely decorated rooms including a Cottage, Pods, Lodges, A Retreat and Luxury Shepherds Hut. Why not try one of our Breakfast Hampers the next morning before you leave.

This is so difficult to answer, we have so many unique and different weddings at the venue, from Alpaca's in the Games Paddock, to Aerial Displays!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't Stress! Enjoy the lead up to the big day! You will always look back and wish you could do it all over again, you will find the months leading up, you eat, breathe and sleep wedmin! But it'll all be worth it! (We Promise)
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
There have been too many to mention! We love seeing every idea that couples bring to the table.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
We are so lucky to have such gorgeous grounds at Kingscote Barn, located on Binley Farm! But our favourite is our Rose Garden, absolutely stunning in late spring/summer months, equally as gorgeous with foliage in our colder months!
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We have had numerous celebrities attend different weddings over the years! That will be kept a secret, shhh! :)
What’s your favourite canapé?
Mac and cheese bites... they are a winner with everyone!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
A decadent bath in the stunning treehouse, overlooking the valley views! (This could be accompanied with a slice of wood fired pizza from our pizza oven!)
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Our exclusive valley with green rolling hills to ensure you have stunning pictures after your day which you wont forget!
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Its family run and we really give you that extra special personal touch to your day to make sure its one you will always remember. The staff go the extra mile to ensure everything is really perfect for each couple.
