This spectacular, historic building is nestled in the heart of the City of London making it the ultimate City location. At almost 700 years old the Halls beautiful architecture tells a story of British history. The companies stone carved crest sits royally above the entrance, whilst the iron arches and Gothic window frames contrast the contemporary London skyline. Stepping through our famous blue doors on Threadneedle Street, your guests will feel like they’ve been transported to a different world. Right at the heart of Merchant Taylors’ Hall, is your own stone-flagged, fragrant garden. The beautiful Courtyard Garden offers stunning backdrops for your photos and is one of London’s most exclusive outdoor garden spaces. Our Tudor & Georgian architecture and rich interior design emits a palatial feel while still being both warm and intimate for your guests. The Great Hall still has the original 14th Century flooring, and the majestic high ceilings and ornamental features emphasise the incredible history that has played out within our walls.

Our guests have been singing the praises of every single member of staff and how impressed they were. Above all we would like to thank you, we couldn't have done it without you and can't tell you how much you helped with what can be a very stressful event (while a global pandemic raged, and we planned to transatlantic move!)
