Manor Farm Barn is a 16 century barn, fully licensed for ceremonies and exclusively yours for the entire day. Its ideal location in the beautiful village of Marsh Gibbon is conveniently close to Bicester, Buckingham and Aylesbury and within easy reach of the M40. Our beautiful walled garden is perfect for your drinks reception and is overrun with photo opportunities that provides the perfect backdrop for your memories of your special day. We pride ourselves on our warm hospitality, attention to detail and friendly yet professional service. We offer a tailor made service to fit in with your individual requirements and a dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator to guide you through and make the whole process as stress free as possible!

We aim to offer transparency in our fees, a friendly and flexible service and exceptional quality. As we only do a small number of weddings each year, we have time to spend with you helping you through your journey. This also means you have the day before to come and set up. - No charge for extra evening guests though we do need to gain an accurate idea of evening numbers as there are restrictions; this also enables us to staff the venue and stock the bar appropriately
- Use of marquee & garden furniture for pre wedding-breakfast drinks (served in the garden)
- Plenty of parking where cars can be left overnight and picked up the next day

The scenery around the manor house and the surrounding grounds were totally picturesque. Everything was nestled in the lovely countryside, with the added bonus of a beautiful church alongside. The rustic listed barn that the ceremony and reception took place just had the wow factor, and all our guests were totally enthralled with the building! The whole day was a true celebration of love and happiness. From our first meeting with the owners Vikki and Tony, we knew we were in safe hands from start to finish. Our requests were respected, and support and the perfect guidance given. The dedicated team that work happily with Vikki and Tony are a total asset, and nothing was too much trouble. We must have visited about 8 or 9 venues prior and Manor Farm Barn just stood out a long mile. We loved how approachable, personable and knowledgeable they were from start to finish. They showed us how passionate they are and that we were not just another number. We loved how relaxed the entire process was, the fact that they don't do weddings back to back which gives us time to set up the barn the day before. The stunning venue speaks for itself, but also gives us plenty of opportunities to add our personal touches. On the day, Vikki and Tony were both so hands on at the bar, turning the barn around, serving the food etc... it was so lovely to see such great teamwork and without all the formalities. Vikki and Tony couldn’t have been more helpful and organised in the time running up to our wedding, from their communication and prompt responses to recommendations for bands/ caterers/ photographers etc. They know their stuff and made our wedding day enjoyable and relaxing- we couldn’t have found better venue hosts! The barn itself is stunning as well as the rest of the grounds- we had lovely photos in the fields and farmland and a fantastic drinks reception on the lawn whilst they turned the venue around for the evening. All their staff were brilliant, funny and very helpful which allowed the day to flow smoothly. We couldn’t recommend this more highly. Vikki and Tony are the loveliest people and genuinely wanted to make the day as special as possible for us! Nothing was too much trouble, they were very accommodating and had really helpful suggestions and were always very quick to answer any queries we had! The day went so smoothly thanks to them and the team and even though it poured with rain all day, you wouldn't have been able to tell! It is such a warm and beautiful venue and everyone was so happy mingling inside! We couldn't have chosen a better venue, it was everything we imagined and more! Highly recommend! They were warm, friendly, so helpful with all of our ideas and made sure the day ran smoothly from start to finish. Our guests still have not stopped talking about how much fun they had with everyone. The vendors that they recommended were not only excellent quality, but really kind and brought such a wonderful energy to the day. The venue itself is also so beautiful, from the renovated barn, to roses in the garden, to the hay barn, to the field - so many beautiful photo locations to enjoy. The team had included lovely decorative touches in the barn and had other extras available to rent which all coordinated very well and made setup and prep a breeze. We keep finding new things to love about our whole experience from the lead up to the clean up from our day. Everything exceeded our expectations.
