Notley Tythe Barn

We had the perfect day at Notley Tythe Barn. From our first visit - we were sold on this venue due to the food, which the chef was kind enough to let us try and was just incredible! Very large portions and incredible quality and choice, with guests with allergies catered for amazingly. Our guests couldn't stop talking about it! The barn itself is beautiful so needs very little extra decorations to make it special. Staff were very helpful. All in all - would recommend this venue to anyone - pure perfection!

We got married here last weekend and it was honestly just the dream day. We’re two people that are very good at stressing about things but found that with Alison, Jules and the team we actually completely relaxed on the day knowing everything was taken care of which was amazing! We’ve had so many compliments about the venue, the food, the staff, all of it! Would definitely encourage others to book here, you won’t regret it!

From start to finish, our day at Notley Tythe Barn was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, the venue looked phenominal, especially with the winter decorations up, and the food was spectacular. Everyone had a great time and even weeks later we're still having people tell us how good the venue was!

Absolutely amazing venue to get married at. We had both the ceremony and reception there and the day couldn’t of gone any better. Alison, Jules and the whole team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was amazing and there was plenty of it. It was lovely to have a venue that allowed us to have our dog there for photos. All in all it is the perfect wedding venue

Notley was a gorgeous place to get married! As well as the stunning barn features and scenic surrounding's the staff were amazing. They were all very thoughtful and made the lead up as well as the wedding day stress free. The food was incredible - everyone commented on how good the food was, all locally sourced. The chef's were willing to create anything we would like and had very open minds. Overall Notley is an incredible team who will work tirelessly to make your special day even better than you thought it could be without breaking the bank.

As a professional wedding photographer, I recently had the pleasure of shooting a wedding at Notley Tythe Barn, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beauty of the venue, and the attention to detail that had been put into every aspect of the wedding. The barn itself is a stunning space, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light, which is perfect for capturing those precious moments. The rustic charm of the venue makes for a wonderful backdrop for any wedding, and the surrounding countryside is simply breathtaking, providing endless opportunities for stunning photographs. The staff at Notley Tythe Barn were extremely friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to ensure that the wedding ran smoothly. They were always on hand to answer any questions and make sure that everything was perfect, which allowed me to focus on my job and capture the best moments of the day. Overall, I would highly recommend Notley Tythe Barn to anyone looking for a beautiful and unique wedding venue. It was a pleasure to work there, and I look forward to shooting many more weddings at this fantastic location in the future.

I would just like to say how wonderful my Daughters Wedding Venue, Marriage, Wedding Breakfast etc. in fact the whole day was pure magic. I cant remember attending such a well planned, beautiful Wedding in this country ever. Your Staff worked with smiles on their faces during the wedding breakfast and beyond, nothing was too much trouble, they were impeccable. I will definitely pass on a very glowing recommendation to all and sundry. A brilliant, memorable day was had by all. More than a day to remember, I for one will live on the memory of the most important day in my Daughter and new Son in Law's life well into the winter months ahead.

Thanks so much for your email and my apologies for not already being in touch. We went away on our honeymoon a couple of days after the wedding and have been enjoying a quieter couple of weeks. The wedding weekend really was a total whirlwind but such a fabulous one. Thank you so much to you, Jules and all the staff at Notley Tythe Barn for making our wedding day one we will never forget. We both had the most wonderful day, everything was just perfect, exactly how we had hoped and we felt so lucky to be able to celebrate with all our family and friends. On the day, Jules was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was ever a problem - the event manager in me was slightly worried when we were running behind schedule, but she was so calm throughout, any worry I had about our delays very quickly disappeared. Thank you for all your help in the run up to the day as well. You made the whole process very easy for us and we felt very reassured that everything was in hand every step of the way. The food was also excellent! I didn't get a chance to thank your chef but please do pass on our gratitude. So many of our guests mentioned how tasty everything was throughout the day. Thank you so very much for everything you did for us to enable A and H’s wedding to be so outstanding. The whole day was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect and so many of our guests commented on the beautiful estate. Juls was truly a lifesaver all day - from our welcome to departure - she enabled the day to flow so smoothly! And we’ll never forget the speed she and her team lit the sparklers!! Her team were just so fantastic!!!! The meal and canapés were delicious - please thank Petr and his cooking and preparation team in the kitchen. Your serving girls and boys were professional and also knowledgeable about what they were serving - all of them deserve an award for working so hard all day! The bartender in particular was charming and showed great attention to detail. Please thank them all! We are particularly grateful to Notley for allowing the amended fireworks display to go ahead! Tim was so careful to ensure everything was safe and they really did provide the icing on the cake! But it was more than just the venue and food, it was the kind words, advice and attention to detail - from Alison at the outset and throughout the planning, to the lady who laid out the tables. Notley is just a perfect venue in every aspect to celebrate a wedding day. H looked stunning and it was all quite magical! Thank you so much for allowing her and A to have the day of their dreams!
