We wanted a rustic feel and what we loved about the function room was the fact it would lend itself to any style of theme. It’s a gorgeous room and the views are stunning. The whole day felt very relaxed, informal and intimate.We chose the Lord Haldon because it had the right feel and the right people – it felt like an extension of our home and the team are so organised and helpful, it felt like getting our own super expensive wedding planner as part of the deal. Service great. Staff polite. I was very impressed. Oh, and the views fabulous!!! We didn't stay the night (being local) so cannot comment on the rooms.Went to a wedding.
