Little Quarme is a stunning rural setting for your outdoor wedding. Enjoy exceptional views across the Quarme Valley from the wedding gazebo, the marquee lawn and the terrace where you and your guests can enjoy post ceremony celebration drinks. No two weddings are the same at Little Quarme - couples are encouraged to design their own perfect wedding day - there are no packages here! Most celebrations are relaxed affairs with a rustic feel; possibly incorporating a festival vibe. Catering is often a hog roast, a BBQ or a vintage picnic using delicious Somerset produce. We understand that whilst planning a wedding is very exciting and enjoyable it can also be daunting as a lot of elements needs to come together to make your day perfect. We are on hand to offer help and advice if you would like us to; if not we'll leave you to make all the arrangements just checking in from time to time. When a reception is held at Little Quarme the on-site self catering cottages are included in the price hence you gain accommodation for 22 of your guests as well as exclusive use of the whole site. Ceremonies can be held without a reception too! We look forward to welcoming you to Little Quarme for an informal chat and a tour of the grounds, gardens and cottages.

Our prices include the exclusive use of Little Quarme for 2 or 3 nights including accommodation for 22 guests in our self-catering cottages. We are very happy to invoice your guests at a price set by you for the cost of their accommodation which is a considerable saving for you on the price of the venue hire.

We have had a couple of holidays and our wedding at Little Quarme, and every time we go, they take fantastic care of us. For a holiday, the cottages are in a fantastic location, well equipped and spotlessly clean. For a wedding, you will not find another venue that takes as much interest and guides you through the planning process with such a calm and reassuring wisdom. The great thing about a wedding at Little Quarme is that you can build your day how you want it to look, which feels like a lot of work but gives such brilliant results. Our guests were all amazed at the location and when the sun came out in the evening, we were given an even more beautiful backdrop for our photos. We spent the whole weekend with our family and friends in all of the cottages. They were clean, comfortable and extremely homely. Katherine and Nick were very friendly and accommodating hosts. Nothing was too much trouble in the planning of our wedding. They were very helpful in supplying with us information of some great local suppliers. We had the most amazing wedding day at Little Quarme. It was the perfect venue for us and the best part is we can return for years to come to celebrate our anniversary and with our family and friends. We had our wedding here on the 22nd June 2019 and couldnt have asked for a better place with such friendly people. Extremely kind and helpful hosts with plenty to offer. We stayed there from Friday to Sunday and used all the cottages for ourselves, friends and family. Katherine and Nick were incredible! They advised us on local people/company's to use for our wedding day who had been at the venue before. They had all the cottages squeaky clean and looking beautiful ready for the big weekend and happily made changes or additions if and when we required it. They also left a wedding gift in our cottage along with a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely little surprise! They offered tea and scones to all of us the afternoon we arrived which was muchly appreciated after the travel up and spending the morning setting up for our wedding the next day. As for Little Quarme itself, it's unbeleivably beautiful. The surroundings look like it goes on forever. Its the perfect little get away if you need to get away from all the hussle and bustle of busy life but its got such a romantic vibe to it as well, perfect for an intimate outdoor ceremony. It photographs extremely well, beautiful backdrop for those all important wedding pics! We felt our wedding day/weekend was as perfect as it could have been. We cant recommend Little Quarme enough for a wedding or a little holiday. Thank you so much!We used Little Quarme as our wedding venue for the ceremony and the reception. Everyone loved staying and getting ready at the beautiful cosy cottages. The scenery and location speaks for itself but what really makes it so wonderful and unique are Katherine and Nick. So knowledgeable, calming and helpful. Full of helpful ideas and there to lend a hand with the crazy ideas I had and any last minute issues. I’m so so glad I found this gem of a place nestled in Exmoor. They helped to make it the most wonderful day. Thank you both ❤️I could not recommend Little Quarme more. They are friendly and welcoming and helped so much with the preparations and during the wedding. I could not fault them! They worked so hard to make our friends wedding day special.
