Lindeth Howe Hotel is a beautiful location for wedding photography. It goes without saying that this is one of my favourite places to work in the Lake District. Clare and Liz are the perfect hosts and it always feels like I'm returning home when I arrive to photograph a wedding here. The hotel itself is nestled in the heart of the English Lake District and offers stunning views of Windermere. The hotel's beautiful architecture and well-maintained gardens provide a picturesque backdrop for capturing the special moments of a wedding day. With ample natural light, elegant indoor spaces filled with quirky delights, and picturesque outdoor settings, Lindeth Howe Hotel offers a variety of options for wedding photography. Our original wedding date was booked as exclusive use option, this was changed due to covid and we celebrated with 15 of our family. Tanya made the transition of this seem effortless, Nothing was ever too much trouble even though there was a lot of details to be changed. From the moment we arrived the day before, we was made to feel so relaxed, the staff were incredible. You really made our day perfect.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel we knew this was the place for us. Little did we know that getting married on 16th October 2020 would be the whirlwind it was BUT we can honesty say that the Hotel were fantastic in helping us create a Plan A, Plan B and Plan C in line with the Covid restrictions. I have to say a huge thank you to Tony (Hotel Manager) and Tanya (Wedding Co-ordinator) for creating a day that was magical, you not only took our thoughts and made them real but you just made everything so EASY under the pressures we had. A big big massive thank you to Tanya - the room was beautiful, your communication with timings for the registrar, arrival of my photographer etc was just amazing and you couldn't have made our day anymore spectacular and special than you did .. you are a brilliant in every way . The food was out of this world....and therefore I would like to say a huge thanks to the chef, kitchen and waiting on staff. The added bonus was staying in the most beautiful suite that overlooked the lake and the amazing back drop that surrounds this little 'gem' of a hotel. Looking forward to coming back in October 2021 for our 1st year wedding anniversary... See you soon

We have attended lots of weddings but never been to a venue as impressive as Lindeth Howe. The interior is quirky yet intimate, no decoration from our side was needed as the venue speaks for itself. The food was outstanding, all our guests commented. The staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Our pictures are incredible and give us memories to cherish forever. The location being so close to the lake gave us more photographs with the stunning backdrop. Thank you so much 😊

A beautiful quirky hotel, stunning gardens. Staff could not be more helpful. We had the most perfect private wedding and the food was first class.

We had the most amazing day and can’t thank your team enough for going above and beyond to ensure we had the most lovely time during what has been the strangest times! From getting our families rooms ready early, to keeping us together for meals and celebrations, the gorgeous food, the fantastic table, reception and bar service and Claire being so kind, on hand for literally anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be thanks to everyone at Lindeth Howe. From the moment we arrived the previous evening it felt like it was all about us and all the staff made us feel so special the whole time we were there.
