Easy to get to from trains, being less than a 5 minute walk from Lancaster gate station. Rooms were amazing and spotless when I turned up, with waterfall showers and automated light and dark blinds.. Depending on where you are in the building, you also get a great view over Hyde Park.Amazing venue, with highly attentive staff, slight issue with baggage, but with the number of people we had there for a conference (over 300) plus a wedding, they can't be faulted.. Easy to get to from trains, being less than a 5 minute walk from Lancaster gate station. Rooms were amazing and spotless when I turned up, with waterfall showers and automated light and dark blinds.. The room was perfect for the bridal party to get ready - so much space and divine views! The staff really did go above and beyond to make our stay special - including putting champagne on ice for when we returned and decorating the room with rose petals which we loved! All of the room service and dining options including breakfast were great.
