Sam Thompson & Julia Stewart who married with us on the 11th July 2021 were so lovely to work with and so much thought and detail went into their special day. They had miniature candles for the favours which were to die for!

Try to book your suppliers in as early as possible to avoid any disappointment later down the line.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A coupled who married with us in September 2021 had scented candles as their favours and this was such a lovely touch to have a specific fragrance for your wedding day.

Lancashire Cheese Bobettes are the favourite choice for our couples.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
We don’t have midnight treats on our menu at Holmes Mill but I would recommend the cheesecakes from Bowland Food Hall which can be out to graze on throughout the night!
What is Holmes Mill most unique feature?
The Engine Room is home to an original engine that used to power the weaving shed in the 1900s - we call her Elizabeth!
